  1. What a wonderful gift she has given to you FB! If I make one suggestion, I'd change "The pig in the net" to the Hawg in the net . Dan
  2. And, I think Randall will agree to help with that hookset(no matter what rod you're using), slather on some Megastrike gel all over the bait. Dan
  3. I have and use two Sols........ 8-) Dan
  4. These aren't the GY rods you referred to but I bought a couple of those some years ago and did not like them.....way too heavy and way too few line guides. Dan
  5. Matt's Minnows really look realistic in the water. They swim great. Haven't caught anything on one yet but I haven't caught anything but dinks for the last several weeks on anything I've thrown. Dan
  6. Great catchin' youngsters and your Dad is most proud of both of y'all!!! Dan

  8. I'm assuming you mean "pitching" for "pendulum". If so, this might help. Dan
  9. WTG Paul! Fine Fish and report for sure! Dan
  10. Tried them a few years ago and they are fragile(wing broke off on first cast to open water) and way too light in weight for me. That NR does look like it might be effective though. Dan
  11. There's nothing like Florida!!! Excellent pic young man! Dan
  12. WTG TF! Keep your mind in gear with that new privilege. Dan
  13. Now you need a tripod to go with your timer-activated camera. Very nice Bass. Gorgeous coloring! Dan
  14. Excellent Bass HM! I too live in WR(in the county actually). Was that a private pond or one of our public lakes? Dan

  16. I like mine too. I had it upgraded similar to Avid's but I find the stock handle is just fine. Dan
  17. I've never used the Zillion but my neighbor who is a tournament Basser got the US model(mounted on a new, Kistler LTX) recently and he love's it. Here's a review on them. Never used the Mg either but here's a review of it. Bet you'll love the MB rods too. 8-) Dan
  18. They've worked for me in public waters but I haven't throw one in a while. That one(and others) hit it on the fall when yo-yoing in 9-10' of water. Dan

  21. I take a few pics..... I use this camera. I mount the camera on this tripod and both lie on the boat's deck behind me with the tripod collapsed. When I catch a 3+ lb Bass, I hold the Bass in one hand and reach behind me and raise the two and spread the tripod's legs, turn the camera on, bring the 2-inch vari-angle LCD facing me(so I can see what the camera see's), press the timer button, and then take the pic(s) with the wireless remote that comes with the camera. Usually work's pretty good.... Also works on land too. I just tilt the tripod's mounting base slightly upwards. Dan
  22. What RW said..6 lber..Matt's Baby Bass. Dan
  23. Nice catching y'all! Surely miss South Florida! :-[ Dan
