  1. The less I have to change baits the better. I take that to mean that I've found a pattern.
  2. 3/8 Strike King bitsy flip with a craw trailer.
  3. Take the average from the two line weights listed on the rod.
  4. Since I got back into fishing, usually from December until mid-March. If it's warm enough I'll go after crappie or sunfish in February.
  5. T-rigged on the bottom. I'll retrieve it with hops, or just drag it along the bottom.
  6. Super hog Ultra Vibe Speedcraw Pit Boss

I give out my cell number only to friends and family. If I have to give a phone number for something like an online purchase, I give our landline number.
  8. Congratulations!
  9. I pitch creature baits with 3/8 to 1/2 oz. weights depending on what I'm pitching at.
  10. Nice looking bass!
  11. My old fishing partner would run and gun big time. He fished crankbaits a majority of the time and would make 5 or 6 casts into a spot in the time it took me to cast out a t-rig and work it back. These days I go as fast or slow as I need to when working an area.
  12. Looks like one of the magnum sizes.
  13. A few years ago I was catching warmouth, but I thought they were sunfish hybrids.
  14. I carry a 7'0" ml spinning rod with 6 lb line and a 1/16 spinnerbait tied on. Last year I tried a 6'0" ul with 4 lb line, but that was too light. I had multiple break offs in the vegetation.
  15. So far this year I haven't gotten a jerkbait wet.
  16. Many years ago a friend of mine lost a really nice bass. He said it was the largest he had ever seen. He was fishing from the bank and he said when he saw the bass he froze for a second. That was all it took and the bass was gone.
  17. Welcome to the forums.
  18. Sometimes I can in the summer if the bass is in open water. With the gear I use I can start noticing a stronger pull when the bass is around 3 pounds or so.
  19. I like the Zoom super hog. They don't get a lot of love, but they do get the job done.
  20. Quickest way I know to put a pattern together.
  21. I only use them for moving baits. They are a real life saver when it's cold and my hands aren't wanting to work.
  22. 1st generation Revo-S for $50. The place I bought it at was trying to clear out their inventory so they could restock with new items.
  23. I go when I can and hopefully the air will be a little warmer, and the wind won't be blowing too bad.
  24. I never caught anything on a chatterbait when they first came out. Around 6 or 7 years ago I started catching with them, and have used them ever since.
  25. Currently I'm using Shimano and Daiwa baitcasters. Pflueger spinning reels.
