  1. Nice smallie. Congrats on the new PB.
  2. Maybe it is the front of a long lost Viking ship.
  3. If you think you are going to feel like it go ahead.
  4. You can, but it will take a lot longer to figure out what is under the surface. You can walk around a small pond 2 to 3 acres, and pretty much figure out where the cover and structure is located. You can't do that on a reservoir.
  5. Great pics! That is a monster pike!
  6. Just keep them in the bag and somewhere out of the sun so the colors don't run together.
  7. Wow, this is terrible. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
  8. That's a good one!
  9. Speed is always an issue on LOZ. Hope he makes a quick recovery.
  10. I usually use Strike King Bitsy Bugs. I use the same colors I use when it is warm out.
  11. Nice looking fish, good job!
  12. After I get the hook out, take a pic, and weigh the fish it goes back in the water. Everything is right where I can get at it quickly without having to search for it. Fish is out of the water maybe 30 to 45 seconds.
  13. Bass don't bite the reel they bite the bait. That being said I would take the challenge just to have a chance to fish with KVD.
  14. Good way to close out the season!
  15. Soon the water will be frozen over and the bass will forget what our baits look like.
  16. White skirt with white blades, or chart/white skirt with nickel blades. I use thiose two colors the most.
  17. Maybe you could charter a boat from the Coast Guard.
  18. I've been doing pretty good with shallow running crankbaits. I have been using them in very shallow flats, and around rip-rap.
  19. I'd throw a shallow running crankbait, or a jig.
  20. The best diet I ever went on was when I was walking 5 miles a day.
  21. Thanks for all the feedback. I have ordered the parts and when they come in my C4 will be back out on the water again.
  22. I'll take a boat over a kayak anytime. More room and faster. I also like a boat better in rough water.
