  8. I have an old Plano 1701 spinnerbait box. It looks like a regular tacklebox until you open it up. Holds a bunch of spinnerbaits and buzzbaits.
  9. Way to turn the day around! I know a lot of guys that would have headed in and gone home if their motor had conked out.

  13. It depends on the bait, and what my gut tells me. I will change crankbaits more often than I will change plastics. I will change the trailer on a jig, but I usually keep the same jig tied on the entire day.
  14. I have this problem on a couple of lakes that I fish. Most people that fish on the lake I fish use crankbaits, or plastic worms. I usually hit the points with a jig with craw trailer.
  15. A degree may make the difference in the amount of $$$ you make later on.

  18. Around here it depends on the lake. Some of them are choked with vegetation, and some of them are bare. In some of the more empty lakes, the DNR has begun planting plots of vegetation.

  20. I have never heard of birds getting under the hood. Cats, rats, mice, and squirrels, yes but not birds.
  21. Around here they are called Rally's.
  22. Old is when you delete your friend's phone numbers from your phone to make room for more doctor's phone numbers.
