  1. All rods and reels go down in the basement when I get home. Tackle bag goes down in the basement also and gets opened up. Everything gets cleaned and wiped down to remove dust, grass, etc.
  2. Don't fall for it! The bait monkey wants you to think that you have beaten him!
  3. Nice catching!
  4. Keep your head down and hurry back home! Thank you for your service.
  5. Without knowing any details, I would have to say try a jig and trailer.
  6. Good job! Jigs are addicting!
  7. Good going! A day on the water is always a good day.
  8. Sounds like this guy was ticked off you didn't buy a combo from him.
  9. A 1/3 oz. Cordell Big-O. That is the lure I used when I started bass fishing many moons ago, and it still works today.
  10. When you catch one, make sure that there is not a piece of fallen timber between you and the fish. I have lost a lot of bass like that.
  11. The artic blue one looks cool!
  12. Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. Great tribute.
  13. 4 to 5 range. It looks kind of underfed.
  14. If I bring in weeds, I always make sure to remove them before the next cast.
  15. If I am fishing a tight spot I will run the motor in reverse and back into the area. I think I have a little more control that way.
  16. Usually 30#, depending on how thick the weeds are. If I am in very clear water, I will put on 20#.
  17. I tie on the jigs, spinnerbaits, and snaps the night before. I don't put on the plastic baits until after I get out on the water, and see what the lake is like. Most of the time I end up changing the baits I tied on the night before.
  18. Spro Bronzeye.
  19. You have some nice looking bass right there!
  20. Nice going! You have some beauts right there!
  21. Good going!
