  1. I have never had a flu shot and probably never will.
  2. Good luck, and just make sure they don't cut off anything you'll need later by mistake.
  3. I have snagged the darn things with a rat-l-trap while bass fishing. You will need a strong reel. When they realize they are hooked they take off.
  4. I got a Pflueger President 2 years ago and I love it.
  5. I just lip them. I carry too much stuff already.
  6. Congrats on a job well done! It is a real challenge catching in Jan.
  7. Sorry to hear that. How close did the boat come by that capsized the your boat?
  8. Sorry, meant to say heavy action rod.
  9. I have an old Diawa rod that is warped a little. Doesn't seem to hurt the action, and it is still my best action rod.
  10. Sorry dude. There is no cure. Your dead meat.
  11. http://www.stltoday.com/news/multimedia/gallery-stan-musial-remembered/collection_7b917c8c-127b-5c0c-bb38-bb74d55feb33.html#0 Rest in peace, Stan.
  12. Good job. Thanks for the pics.
  13. It never hurts to take a quick look at the water around the boat. You don't want to bring that bass all the way to the boat and have it get into a tree that the boat is sitting against.
  14. My older daughter has lost interest in fishing. My younger one still likes to go after the panfish.
  15. It never hurts to keep a couple for an emergency. I would keep the best stuff and get rid of the rest.
  16. Cash. If I don't have the cash then it doesn't get purchased. For me credit cards are for the high dollar items that get bought every once in a while.
  17. Working a fluke across the tops of the weeds, or how about a drop shot rig.
  18. Even a patent is not safe any longer. A company w/ a lot of $$$ can come in, copy your patent, and start making exact knockoffs cheaper than you can. The sorry part is if you take them to court they will drag it out as long as possible until your $$$ runs out, and you are forced to drop your case against them.
  19. Worst part for me is still having to go into work, even when they have shut down the plant. It seems that I am critical personnel, whatever that is.
  20. Got mine at Cabela's about four years ago. Took some time to break in, but very comfortable once they were.
  21. No rain or snow here. Just cold.
  22. I have used snaps and had them pull apart, and I have had rough spots on the split rings that cut the line. So for me it's an even split.
  23. Good job fishing on the ice!
  24. The bass may be full of ducklings, and not too hungry.
