  1. well think im going to bear the weather on sunday probably got to p town east and west and see how those lakes are doing and got an open seat so if interested just pm me thanks
  2. well i always add 5mph to the wind when im fishing but spinnerbaits work good in the wind and rain. throw moving baits if ur fishing the bank or either way i guess. just easier and they work for the conditions if the waters dingy or stained go with white and chart colors or if its clear go with white those are my go to and if the water is cooler like under 65 i would go with a single or double colorado blade. if its warmer maybe go with a willow leaf or one of each and i dont know the lake but what ever color crank i would have that rigged up too oh and a buzzbait top water is a dream in the clouds and wind and rain
  3. well if really helps in the learning process if u go to a lake and catch fish but if i was trying to learn to jerk it id just go to bourbon just because u get a feel for the bait and u will catch fish like blue and i said at the get together and u arent stuck with jerks there either u can throw almost anything but melverns fun just tough if ur not jerkin it and ill go with u anytime u need a fishing partner. or take some to some local ponds to get a feel before u go to melvern

  17. they have it wednesday we jsut call them wednesday nighters but they start in the next couple weeks if you can stop and ask the guy in the marina at the boat shop its right across the ramp in the brick building. clayton and i fish them quite a bit and there is two season a spring summer and a fall. they can be tuff but fun and can make a hundred to two hundred bucks depending on boat count. but usually starts at 6 and is done at 9 be there at 530 and i thinks its 25 a boat teams welcome and thats how most fish in teams.
  18. im not saying anyones wrong they are all right try bright white or chart spinners, chart black back cranks, both rattle and no rattles, same with jigs black blue just make it dark color rattles and not or event try a beaver or creature bait dark and if it looks bassy throw at mutliple angles and times might be hard for them to find it. ive got tons from this process and maybe it might be a honey hole and u just dont know it. good luck and let us know what happens! oh and try colorado blades more flash and more thump
  19. goto bait year around is chart blk back anything works well in all my lakes or shaky head GP magic or red bug
