I have bought 5 or 6 reconditioned on eBay and have had no issues..... and with people like dvt around I have no worries about buying reconditioned

I am going to say the lews tournament pro, I know I is not the team lews but it is lighter and a very high quality reel. I have a bunch and really like them and the lighter weight is nice too. Jmo

yeah RW, those numbers have my head spinning for sure. My mouth is watering for hungry bass especially if we can catch em on rage craws/jigs. 6 months away and I am already HIGHLY pumped for my 1st BR road trip. If I catch 10 in a day I feel like Bill Dance , LOL. I have heard nothing but good about Pickwick, and since I am basiclly in Memphis , I should have gone long time ago.

Just reserved my room at the inn for may 1-5 (gotta leave Sunday night) Who wants to prefish? Lol

please dont take me wrong .......I really cant stand Manning. I just find it funny owners put down the horse that won all the $$$$......Manning, Montana, Emmit Smith, heck even Curt Warner to a point. the list can go on. Warner went to Super Bowl(s) with crappy frnchises and the minute he has a hangnail they release him. I guess I am a dance with who brung you too much of a guy.

I dont think a rat trap will be big enough. lift might be the best option you have, until they learn to climb the dock poles. IDK, if muskrats climb or not but they have to claws to. for the most part animal control offices are worthless in my experience. I trap at least once a year on the golf course, muskrat DESTROY pond banks when they tunnel. good luck

sch 80 it total overkill and not needed. you can stand on sch40 and never damage it.I tip the scales at 250+ If I am not mistaken Dobyns ships rods in sdr 21 pipe, which is thinner that sch40. I have laid miles of Pvc with irrigation and work with Pvc for years on the golf course.... if you ship a rod in sch40 it is not going to get broke.

I joke and call my bass boat "golf course business" so when people ask where I am , my crew can say , he is out on golf course business , and not be lying to members LOL

sending 3 in this week for a supertune to see what the buzz is about. since I am a gear ***** I guess I have to start taking care of it. supertune and bocas here I come!!

I buy most of my reels either used or reconditioned.......with reels I do not think it is a risk, as if something goes wrong down the road a guy like DVT can fix it. rods I prefer to buy new, so I get all the warrentee that goes with proof of purchase.

with a jig or without I like the rage craw as well.

true, true.......I guess I read too much........thin oil.......thick oil.....dry lube..... GRRRR the options! I am starting to pile up the good gear and wanting to make sure to get the best/most out of that gear. but I think "its oil, not magic" sums it up.

anyone use it? is it any good? I like using the Lucas products in the truck, so I ask why not my reels?

arkansas' record came from a "lake" less than 300 acres. and the record that caught this year(later DQed) came from a smaller lake as well.

get you the trap pictured.........bait with apples or lettuce. I battle these critters on the golf course every day all day, trapping works to thin out the herd but you never can get all of them. I have trapped over 100 in a week. right now is PRIMETIME, muskrattin' !

that spinnerbait looks awesome!!!! I will admit, I would like to get my hands on one.

the dobyns 3 power is perfect for 3/8 and 1/2 but I would not throw a 3/4 on my 3 power rods.....jmo.
