i have a CMC trim unit there is two wires coming our of top that are black and white are those my power wires or trim gauge wires?

Hawk, 18ft with a 85 Evenrude..Boat had been setting for a couple years. Trim doesnt work, steering cables were locked up but yet i have fixed it. Straightened alot of wires out, cleaned carbs and tank and got it running, put it in the water for first time today and ran perfect, smooooootth ride and sets in the water really nice.. Only think left is to fix the trim although i think that motor is burnt up... Tell me what you think, nothing a little TLC cant fix.. 79 Bass

transom is just fine just has 2 weak spots in floor, took it out for first time today and was amazing ran about 45 and by time i mess with the motor placement due to trim not working i have to set the pin..

I got a 79 Hawk with a 85 evenrude. 18 ft, boat has been seeing for 2years. Motor started just fine,needs floor,trim don't work,and steering cables are froze, is there any way to free them. Boats a little dirty but still in decent shape,what would be a good cleaner.. any help would be aappreciated..

it is mine, i thought abou putting the non skid on the front of it its something i could take my faily out on and at the same time fish

i have a 6'' jackplate and a 150 to go on it, the boat had a 225 on it.. im just concerned about the front "deck" its flat enough i could stand on it and plenty strong enough, i can put a foot control trolling motor on it alos..

Its a 1990 Shadow Speed Boat.. I have a motor and all controls to put on it? Anyway i can convert this to a conventional bass boat?
