He's almost certainly done in SF after this year. I think he still has a year left on his contact anyway so I think he has to be traded to avoid a hit. It's hard to say weather the "blame" is on GB's receivers or Rodgers. There were so many out of character either bad routes or over/under throws it's hard to tell. Jordy dropped a walk in TD that he probably catches 99 times out of 100 and the game swings the other way. I hope nobody on here is a TB fan. After coming off such an ugly game this week where they should have won handily, GB is going to put up points and lots of them. GB is lucky the Bills offense isn't half way competent or this game would have got out of hand quickly.

If I have open water and temps above 50 degrees, I'm throwing a buzzbait Both. skirtless /w a grub is far more productive. I like to put a Zoom Horny Toad on the back of the buzzbait more than anything. Same rod i use for frogs Dobyns 735 Tatula 7:3 65# PP I've found in my waters than rising water far exceeds falling water for buzzbait productivity. I never use a trailer hook. If they are biting a buzzbait, I will alter it in a few different ways so they start hitting it correctly. This seems to work as I've never felt the need for a trailer hook. I use 2 colors. Black/gold blade and white/gold blade. Both 3/8oz Cavirtons. Might try a 1/2oz eventually but I can throw the ones I have now quite a ways.

They balance is better than the previous Xtremes. I'm okay /w the spinning models but I'm still going to throw a hissy fit if/when my cork xtreme spinning rod breaks and I'm forced to replace it /w the new one. I've used the version I'll be upgrading to eventually and I liked it. Balanced great. I've only held the casting models and that is as far as I will go.I feel that the sk2 reel seat is the most uncomfortable reel seat ever made. I cannot stand it. Some people like it. I have big hands and just flat out hate it. It pokes, hurts, stabs and aches. Make sure you can mount a reel on the rod. While some people like the reel seat, it is not for everybody. the handle is purely aesthetic.(I prefer cork) it adds a bit of weight to the end of the rod which in turn helps balance better. If you're okay /w non work it's fine. Unless you are sword fighting /w the rod, the only time any part of your hand touches the handle is a small section of your hand when palming or holding the butt when casting.

You aren't asking about higher end shimano reels. You're asking about Curados, Scorpions, and chronarch E's which are their mid level reels. I do have experience /w both and can't give an indicative answer because you aren't comparing apples to apples. I wouldn't consider the lew's lite a high end reel but it's within Lew's high end reels if that makes sense. Asking "if you should the switch to shimano" or "is shimano better than lews" is only going to cause a p_issing contest over brand loyalty. it's, for lack of a better word, an asinine question. you will get a few answers here and there but the only thing you can do is try out both. Neither reel is better than other at their respective price. i.e a tournament pro isn't a better reel than the chronarch or vise versa.. every answer to that is personal preference and nit picking small nuances. At a certain point, it's the user, not the reel. I just saw you said you like free spool time....then learn to clean a reel. It's a very basic thing to do and it should be done /w every single reel you buy. More times than not, a reel has too much grease in it and the bearings are over oiled. JFRANCO posted a video he did /w stock flushed bearings on a chronarch and it spun for a very long time. you can do this /w any reel...there's lots of upgrades you can do do reels. there's obviously more options for shimano and diawa. If you want JDM stuff, then buy JDM stuff...The "extra's' you upgrade from JDM are almost all for aesthetic purposes until you get to spool upgrades. If you want free spool time just to gawk at it, get better bearings and turn of all your brakes. Aside from that, free spool time is not indicative of a reels casting performance.
