  1. Mine works great as well. Only issue I've had was on extremely hot days. You should tether just to be safe especially if the camera is close to an edge of the boat. Contact GoPro, I'm sure they'll replace it.
  2. X2 . I love the varieties they have.
  3. DSG used to carry them perhaps not anymore? I had some a few years ago. Maybe they discontinued them. Ill post if I can find them
  4. Zoom -no salt series
  5. That's sweet! If one of those don't work out for you have the ups man send it my way! ENJOY
  6. For both applications, 12-15lb should be just fine. I use braid on 95% of my fishing, topwater included and rarely ever with a leader. I wouldn't be overly concerned with line visibility on moving baits. You hear guys catching fish with A-rigs with wires right? And flipping 65# braid bottom hopping in a fishes face for 20-30 seconds at a time. Get the line that makes the bait work, don't worry about the fish being scared by it, it's not happening. My $.02
  7. Wasn't a carp. It was a "possum" fish. Playing dead.
  8. Intersting. once a month is a little more fitting I would think. Each use seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me. If that's the case, I'll just get a Core instead.
  9. Strange...we're all from IL. Are we all drinking because of this catastrophe of a state we live in?
  10. Awesome, thanks! I have a few large scale liquor stores that carry some crazy off the wall stuff close to me. I'm going to write these down for the next time I go and see if I can't find them. If I do, I'll let you know where I found them. Might help you replenish your stock when in need. Appreciate the info!
  11. I finally got around to getting some JW Double Black. Great stuff! Thanks for the recommendation Ghoti. I couldn't find the thread we were talking about this a few months back. Anyone else got some recommendations for a good Scotch?
  12. I think buyers would be thrilled to customize their jigs to their liking. If its not to much of a PITA for production then go for it. I'm interested in seeing it. Sending you a pm to follow.
  13. Aol still exists. You can chat away with super model women who fish all the time. Lol
  14. Cabin fever already huh? Lol. Dont worry its already here too.
  15. Pretty sure no one wants to know that answer either.
  16. Just sitting in the camera waiting for use. Not actually deteriorating the battery life span. I haven't had mine long enough to know if the life span is actually affected or not. I'd imagine like anything with rechargeable batteries, they will go bad at some point in time.
  17. No prob. I was just curious. Thanks anyway.
  18. I've said this before but don't leave your battery in the camera if you're not using it for an extensive amount of time. I noticed that when one of mine stays in the camera it performs probably 30-40% less filming time than one that is fully charged waiting to be used. No real proof other than my own observation. FWIW
  19. Any idea what terminal comes on his baits? I like the 50x and the 75x Flat, wouldn't mind trying a few out.
  20. Thanks for crushing my dreams of being 150...
  21. So what you're saying is that we should all move into the arctic regions?
  22. I agree. Nice looking cranks there!
  23. They've been known to take in a lot of water. Fortunately for me the one I have is decent but I never throw it over my go to frogs. Worth a try if you decide to get one.
