Lets sum it all up here: 1-doping is never ok in any sport or circumstance 2-two athletes that are similar but one dopes the doper has a distinct advantage 3-all athletes that dope should be banned on a second failed test 4-lance is a pompous arrogant *******-applies to many others as well but not gonna list them all 5-lance did do a lot of good for cancer research but that does not negate him cheating to gain notoriety 6-I wish I was out fishing instead if discussing lance on an Internet forum 7-I am hungry 8-my chipotle corn chowder is almost done cooking

Credit and edit cards. I get rewards from my credit cards and don't carry a balance so to me any bit of free money/rewards is worth it to me.

I disagree that PED's make you an elite athlete just by taking them. The biggest advantage for a cyclist is the ability to recover more quickly from a long stage. You make it sound like anyone who takes them automatically are going to dominate and that is not the case. Bottom line is that it is cheating and goes against everything that sports are about in my mind. It is unfortunate that someone as talented as lance felt the need to cheat in order to compete with all the other cheaters. It makes me wonder how he would have done since he says, and I believe him, that he didn't take PED's for his comeback run and came in 2nd after the top guy was busted for doping...lol To me if cycling or any sport wants to get serious it is going to be stiffer penalties. My thought would be first offense you are out for a year....everyone screws up and deserve a second shot in my mind. Second offense you are banned for life, period. Can't coach, can't play can't be involved with a team in any way shape or form.

With no vice maybe you can rig up something with a pair of locking vise grips. I would get a cheap vise and go with that because you will save the hassle.

Not sure how many people,posting follow cycling at all but the sport is dirty top to bottom. Worse than any other sport by a long shot. While I think lance doping was inexcusable his reason for doing so is legitimate, but not justified. That is part of why I am not supporting him at all. I wanted to believe he was clean and doing the right thing and winning, proof that good guys don't finish last but I was wrong. He was a cheat like everyone else. And if this is a reason to allow people to use PED's then I will not be watching any cycling going forward because it loses what little integrity is left. I am not even sure who is left that has never been tied to doping......Evans and the one shleck brother maybe?

I am also in the 6.5-7.5lb class for my guess. Definitely one I would be proud of catching

Hmmmmm not sure i agree with all these people. Everyone makes mistakes but those who cheated to get ahead are a different class in my mind. Tiger woods, who cares really. Pete rose, on the border because while he did bet on baseball it was on his team to win. Vick, horrible things but paid a larger price than probably anyone in the history of dog fighting, Rodman, not even sure why he is on the list really, everyone else other than oj all cheated to get ahead in their sport which is worse in my mind. Remember these are normal people who have a great God given talent that made mistakes and only because of that talent we even know who they are.

Really? Reels are worth whatever someone is willing to pay, simple supply and demand. Reels have a lot of machining and workmanship involved not to mention higher priced materials. Personally I think as far as baitcasters go the citica is a great value.

Do your research a little more.....i agree he was a cheater through and through. But the tests he was found dirty of at a later time were things that were not "illegal" at the time. It is crazy how dirty the sport was and i was really wanting some names thown out there.....show it all get it out there and move on so the sport can get back to where it should be.

And he also made lots of people rich too.....gotta look at both sides of the equation to be fair.

Well technically he never got caught...always tested clean (hence my cover up comment above) and all was eye witness testimony which we all know in most case is circumstantial at best. I do believe him that he didn't cheat on his comeback tour but it doesn't negate the fact he cheated prior to that. It really sucks that such an awesome sport is so dirty it is ridiculous. Hopefully they can clean it up and get back to the old school riders of before. I think they should go back to no teams, self supported and single speeds

While i think cheating in cycling is horrible as i am a cyclist myself i do see his point of making it a level playing field. Doesn't make it right in any way and i will no longer support him at all. His cover ups went way high up the food chain too. I wish he would have started dropping names. Cycling is the dirtiest sport ever and makes baseball look like a convent. There has to be something to it when people are found guilty of cheating and they cannot even give the award to the 2nd, 3rd 4th etc...place because they were all busted too. I so bad wanted to believe he was that much better and from reading about his training methods and he no doubt has an incredible drive to win but it saddens me to know for a fact he was a fraud. The only positive is he did raise 500M for cancer research.

So this is not exactly what you are looking for but i have used both gore and non gore waterproof shells, pants and waders from various manufacturers. Here is what I have learned. As far as waterproofness goes, they all work. Where you get into differences is in durability and breathability. You also have to look at if the waterproof ability is a membrane or a coating. Coatings wear off membranes generally do not wear out to quickly. Another side note is if you have a waterproof piece of gear and the water is not beading on the outside that does not mean it isn't waterproof but it does decrease breathability. Gore products breathe a ton better than non gore products. Now the one caveat is in extremely humid environments breathability is not optimal in any garment but gore does perform better. Personally I only own gore products. Yeah they are more pricey but since I have the same gore xcr rain jacket now for 10 years I cannot complain one bit. I have worn other membrane based products that just didn't hold up to the abuse I put them through. Good luck in your decision

Most lakes I fish aren't even 40' feet deep....we are getting snow here in the Richmond va area too. I was in nova today and had the pleasure of driving back as it was starting to rain.

I like to rig mine on a trokar screw lock weighted swimbaits hook appropriate to the size of the swimbait being used As far as color goes I have done well with bluegill, foxy shad, river shad and clown. One of my favorite baits to throw in heavy cover. I haven't seen a bait come through grass or Lilly pads better.

They are cool stores though and I am sure you will enjoy your time there. Also not sure if yours has it but the bass pro here in the Richmond area has a restaurant there too that is pretty good so you may not even have to leave.

Basically the same baits will work in cold water as warm with the exception of top waters in most cases. The key is slowing down and downsizing but even that is debatable. I have heard people say go larger because the bass want a large easy meal. I have fished this winter and done ok and caught them all on the following baits: X-rap in clown Square bill crank DT 10&14 Fluke Shaky head Jig The one commonality is every one I was fishing about as slow as I could take it, to the point of non crank bait baits taking upwards of 5 minutes per cast. I would say just slow down and watch your line. If you see or feel something different set the hook, they are free

Also look at inches per turn. You will probably find the difference isn't very much between those ratios.
