Yeah not taking advantage of a company match 401k is one of the biggest financial mistakes people make. That and if your company is large enough to offer an employee stock purchase plan and you don't take advantage. I know mine I get a 15% discount so that is easy money to me.

Easiest way to save is to have it direct deposited from your paycheck into an online only account. That way the money is gone before you ever see it and you can still get to it if needed but it isn't as easy as reaching into a jar. I started doing it with $10 and now worked my way up to over $100 a paycheck. Usually it pays for Christmas shopping or something for the fiancée. My fishing stuff comes out of other accounts as it is needed

That is probably their plan. It is much like some of the union shops up in philly. They will choose a business that is non-union and when there is a job posting they send 25 guys to apply. When they don't get hired for whatever the reason they sue for discrimination. It doesn't cost them anything to sue but it does to defend. They then nickel and dime you to the point you either close up shop or you go union and they drop the lawsuit....shady **** and I cannot stand it. BPS will no longer get my business.

It also helps to wait till they are feeding. Look for tails and them rooting on the bottom or feeding on top. Also they are very skittish fish and you need relatively light tackle to catch them even though they get to be huge. I have had better luck on my fly rod than any other technique myself. Good luck. My one bad experience with PayPal/eBay was ridiculous. The amount of work they wanted me to do was crazy. Mine was a fraud case though where someone stole my account info and bought some gold with it. PayPal wanted a signed affidavit a police report among other things and wouldn't provide me any more details other than what was listed in the transaction. Through my own detective work I was able to get my money back but it made me not use eBay for about 5 years....

I have had the same experience but the one way to combat it is either use a different knot or use a few more wraps for the smaller diameter line. I have been using the seguar knot when i use leaders here lately with some good success.

I think it will be aboutthe money and he cannot play an entire season. I like the guy and how he made some stupid decisions and came through it all and has done a lot of great things now but Foles progressed nicely and i think he earned the chance to see what he can do behind a healthy offensive line. On offense the eagles have all the talent at the skill positions to score 30+ a game but defense is where the problem really had been since johnson died. No heart, no scheme and people look lost out there. The CB have blown coverages and every time they look back and say where were you like the safety was supposed to be hlping but didn't.....every week this year i thoguth to myself dang, I miss reggie white, jerome brown, hugh douglas, clyde simmons, Jeremiah trotter, Brian Dawkins....lol Then there is the whole what coach and what kind of system is he going to want which could mean they keep vick and let Foles develop a little more because you know he will get hurt eventually and Foles will have a chance to play. I know they interviewed Jay Gruden but not sure about Jon Gruden yet. I imagine they will pick some nobody but they will have a shorter leash than Reid did i am sure. Although Reid did earn a little more freedom since he took them to the NFC championshiop game in about 3 seasons if i recall and the superbowl in 5 or so. it is a tough time coming for philly sports in general...eagles are a mess, phillies are getting old (but i still have faith in them), sixers made a great trade for Bynum who is rapidly turning out to be a bust and then the Flyers can't seem to get over the hump or get a golatender not to mention hockey in general and their lockouts every few years....Guess i will have to count my blessings about the past 10 years of pretty good philly sports and go back to my days of when i became a fan and pretty much every team sucked....

Well I have fished there a lot and here is my .02. There is a lot of grass in that lake so I would search for any that is still green. There is also a lot of flats adjacent to the creek channel once you get past the second bridge so i would probe those areas with a crankbait, jerkbait and bottom bouncers of your choosing. The further you get from the ramp the shallower it gets which to me would say warms up more too. There are some good deep holes up towards the north west end of the lake near where the Lilly pads are in the summer which may produce as well. It is a huge lake and finding fish can be hard but once you do the pattern seems to be consistent throughout the lake in a given day.
