Micro Guides
I was looking at some Falcon rods (casting) at my local sporting goods store. I happen to be looking at the BuCoo line and the ones with the micro guides are I think $20 more. Why the micro guides are they worth the extra money and what are they suppose to give you over a standard guide rod?

Lews Rods - How Do They Compare To Others?
Been using mine to throw some cranks & top water and it has been doing fine for me. Personally I don't really have anything to compare it to other than my BP Megacast combo, of the 2 I like the Lews the best. Just bought a Tournament Pro to try on it.

Baitcaster Line Capacity
Thanks guys, that's pretty much what I thought but figured I'd ask. I could see where it would make a difference on a spinning reel because of the diameter of the spool and the way it comes off, but with the baitcaster for the most part didn't make sense. You guys pretty much confirmed what I thought it was just a guide line for how much line it would hold at a given diameter. I have one spooled with #15 and the other with #17 & I have noticed it's a little harder to get a PO out of the reel with the #15 on it.

Anyone Keep Their Gear In Their Car?
I keep couple of rods and some Plano 3700's with tackle in the back of my pickup. Been there all summer and I haven't seen any issues. The bed is covered with a tonneau cover. For the a rod holder I used 2 adjustable shower rods with the foam pipe insulation covering them. I secure them with the bunge cords that have the ball on the end. I'm in the midwest were we had to many 100+ days this summer and I have not seen any issues.

Baitcaster Line Capacity
I have been looking at baitcast reels and am a little confused about the line capacity ratings. On a spinning reel there are normally 3 line weights that the reel is designed for like an ultra is #2/xxx #4/xxx #6/xxx but when looking at the specs for a baitcaster it seems that they only list one such as #12/xxx so does this mean that you should only use #12 line on the reel or a line with the diameter of #12 mono?

Lews Rods - How Do They Compare To Others?
I was at Wally World and they had a Lews Laser MG on a Lews 7IM rod for $99 so I bought it and put some line on it and took it to the water to try it out. On the 1st cast I had a professional overrun after that I had no issues with it. I have been looking at Lews Tourament reels and don't know if I want to keep the combo and put the better Lews on the combo rod & use the Laser MG on one of my cheaper rods or take it back and get the Abu Garcia Veritas Casting Micro Guide for $70. From what I can tell the Lews rod is somewhere between a $60-$80 rod. So I guess my real question is how do Lews rods compare to others that are in the same price point.

Best Baitcaster ~$100
Not a problem, thanks. I bid on a recondition one he had but got beat. The bad thing is he is also in Mo & he charges sales tax so that runs up the cost. I did however find a new one for $118 with free shipping so that makes it only about $20 more. In the mean time I put in an offer for a TP1SH which is the Tournament Pro, I think it basicly the same reel but about 2oz lighter & has 2 more bearings, we'll see how that goes. Thanks for the username much appreciated.

Best Baitcaster ~$100
The username would be great, did see any for that price when I checked. Think the best price I can up with was $101 which still isn't bad. All the reviews I read on it were outstanding, don't think I found one person who didn't like it, which is strange, normally there are a few that find fault with something.

Snagged
I have never tried this but have been told to hold the rod up and slide a used spark plug down the line. Seems feesable
