Just today I was skunked while fishing for trout, glad someone was catching something...

They seem to bang up noticably on the rocks where I fish for stripers, probably more harsh than your average bass spot though...

I have caught stripers on them...

I caught them in a small pond in Amherst... If your not familiar with the area it is within 30 min of Nashua, southern part of state... All 3 were caught on small poppers, working them slow and shallow along banks...

Thats what I'm talking about!!!!

If your gunna pick up a spro you might as well pick up a scum frog I think they are like 2-4 bucks... I have never fished a hollow body frog but plan on it this summer, I picked up 4 or 5 scum frogs because they are cheap and people seem to do just fine with them... By the looks of them I think that it's a nice product but I can't be sure til I'm on the water.

Went to fishing auction last night, got a brand new Ambassadeur for $20 paired with a 6'6 MH rod (not sure what type of rod it was...) Also got some boxes of lures, tackle bags, rain gear... My dads friend spent $1,200 on stuff to resell (lots of deep sea reels, rods, tackle bags, lures, flies, etc...) It was a good time... Can't wait to get out this weekend, hope we all get some fish! I also got some 17# fluoro...

Slugos rigged weightless twitching them a few inches under the water on on top.... Super productive...

My friend fshes for pike on Champlain... Large swimbaits like sebile magic swimmer, slugos ( some guy caught a 16 or 17 pounder last year wiht a slugo in the CT around this year, saw it on onthewater.com), topwater plugs... I bet a rip bait would produce really well...

And gotta love jitterbugs!

Caught 3 bass on topwater today... Water temp prob around 40, gotta love the topwater bite!!!!

5 bass today... First 5 of the year... 3 of those on topwater!!!! (Not to mention all the fish were real small LOL)

One of my dad's friends from work said he caught a salmon in the nashua while bass fishing... Got there from the merrimack im assuming... Have you ever heard of, or ran into a salmon in the nashua? I have also heard of some absolute pigs coming from the Nashua... The biggest I have seen evidence for was a 6.5lbs LMB and a 4lbs SMB, some guy showed me the pics on his phone when I was fishing the Nashua. Only caught 1 small one, planning on giving it a few more tries though... ~Finally feeling really nice outside!!!!
