A lot of times I will T-Rig a senko weightless, have it sit on the bottom and give a little twitch every once in a while. I rig a Slugo with the hook exposed and have a quick retrieve where it is a few inches under the surface, creating a wake... Thats my fav summer bait... Senko works whenever... Also using a roboworm hooked weedless retieving it through lilly pads.... Sweet tactic!

All three of those lures should produce, and all are a different type of topwater bait. Jitterbug- reel in... the lure creates a noise that makes bass slam them (not an obnoxious noise), along with a wake... Zara Spook- walk the dog... Damiki D pop- small jerks of the rod tip.... I have success fishing this slow near visual cover (external cover like rocks, timber, and around weeds) giving a little jerk to the rod to creat the "pop"... ~ Give those 3 baits a try and once you master them you will fall in love with topwater fishing....

They seem to have nailed the "time" to throw topwater so i'll name some of my favorite baits... Jitterbug (hence profile name) Zara Spook (fish in avatar was caught on one) Damiki D Pop Those are my favs...

Hey has anyone been to Naticook in merrimack recently... Might go there with some friends this weekend, or any suggestions on where we should wet a line... Wanna try a new spot...

That place has a curse I swear, my dad's friend and I both got lures in our legs there... ~ Their are some good fish in their though, overlooked by Nubi...

On saturday two friends and I had a great day on the water... Bait of the day way Texas rigged senko - black... We probably caught 30 bass, 15 being a pound or less and 10 between 1 and 2.5 pounds and 5 that were 2.5+ including my friends PB 5lbs...

Arrested Development.... Funniest show you will ever watch!!! They are releasing a short season in a few weeks so you should definatley get caught up... Honsetley, can watch smae episodes 10 times and still love it!

Tried Hunt's in Hancock for about an hour then I had enough of the wind...
