Any of you guys ever throw a Keitek on a C Rig?

The Megabass Knuckle is a killer squarebill!!! I have a bluegill pattern one I've caught many fish in it. I don't really like the bill adjustment to shallow mode as I use a snap for trebles and it likes to get hung up in it. But either way incredible bait! The Ito 110s are great jerkbaits as well but seeing as how I have hooks I prefer for jerkbaits paying premium doesn't do it for me. I tend to use Rick Clunns, Ima and Duo Realis. That's pretty much all my experience with Megabass. I have a Python Pop max as well but never got a bite going on it.

I bought a bunch of the new 3600 size slim boxes from Plano. One for each bait. Shakey worms, senkos, tubes, keiteks, trailers, etc etc if I'm jig fishing that day just bring the trailer box, if I'm finesse fishing Shakey worms. Etc etc really helped me a lot in keeping organized and they don't take up much space at all. With the bottom row compartments being split into 3s you have 3 top rows you can split in middle so basically 6 bags of senkos separated by color in top 3 rows then bottom row wacky hooks, o rings and nail weights. Shakey head box you have space for as many Shakey jigs you can fit in the bottom row. Awesome way to store and stay organized.

Lost all respect for them as a company. They replied the same pre fabricated letter. I respond back like this is exactly the problem with you're company. A customer takes time out to provide tons of information to help you guys narrow down the problem etc etc etc and I get slapped in the face with a pre made response. Also provided a bunch of links to several forums of people discussing same issue. They send me another one like sorry to hear your having a issue with or warranty form try again to print it out and send in the lure and we'll refund you. I respond again. Maybe if you guys read the email first you would realize about 20 of the lures are sitting on the bottom of Candlewood lake. Smh terrible customer service absolutely garbage. I'm gonna continue to fish the ones I've already purchased and own but never again will they get a penny from me. Unless some pencil pusher actually responds with a letter saying they're investigating the issue.

I have a couple 7:1s but have been using my 6:1 Scorpions for jigs, just slow as hell for picking up slack line. Well I guess my mind is made up. Lol

As title states which Shimano BC reel has the highest IPT USDM or JDM? I'm assuming from research it's the Met XG. I may be overlooking something's though. Thanks in advance!!

River perch, yellow perch, white, translucent for me. Have had luck with bluegill and baby bass on spooks but not on poppers.

Yeah they asked for receipt. Half of the ones the bill broke I only have the portion of the bill with the o ring the lures were gone right then and there wind, current, tree etc whatever happened I couldn't get this back but I do have a few. One I actually caught linker on in a CBN tourney and it broke on next cast lol thankfully it didn't break bringing in the just under 6lber. Lol

Knock on wood I have 1 xrap slash bait I use on Lillinonoah. 100s of fish on it and 1/3 of the paint is chipped off. It's my go to for spring on that lake. Plus they don't make the color any more I have 2 unopened spares I pray I never have to open. Lol

Lol must be hard as rocks lol no I was fishing Parallel to shore in 14 ft. I have other brands, even other rapalas for that matter that the bills are grinded down from digging into rocky bottoms. They're made to deflect off cover. This second one today broke upon hitting the water surface. I have another as well that broke mid cast as I abruptly stopped to prevent it going into a tree overhanging.

Any of you guys having a issue with the bills snapping just past the loop for the O ring? I have about a dozen that snapped on me. 2 more DT 10s this weekend. 1 had maybe 15 casts on it and the other right after 1st cast. Broke as soon as it hit the water. This is ridiculous. I sent Rapala a email a month or 2 ago about the problem and their response was this is the first they're hearing about any issues and To try to send them in to be inspected for warranty. It's a d**n lure I don't keep receipts for these things reels and rods yeah. Just ridiculous....

4 Omens and 4 Curados or Citicas. But if your lefty and want a 5:1 for crankin you're gonna need to get a older model Chronarch. I'm bias to both brands. Love em! There are many great brands in same price range though others will chime in. 7'6 MH or H fast with a 7:1 pitching flipping 7'1 MH fast with a 7:1 Worm and Jig 7'0 +/- M or MH moderate with a 5:1 stuff with trebles 6'6-6'10 M Fast with a 6:1 top water, flukes, senkos Edit* after thought if your just starting out tourneys you're only gonna be bringing 4-5 rods with you to begin with if you're a co angler so you're gonna want to be able to cover many bases without getting too technical.

This is why I stopped throwing jerkbaits on a M/F. Anything with trebles Moderate action period! No Mod/Fast crap. Someone else mentioned a Dobyns 704. I prefer the 5power but that's just me. Dobyns CB line in graphite have the best parabolic bend for non glass rods, if you go glass the bend is even better but the trade off is a heavier Rod.

Ok idk how to exactly word what I'm questioning so I'll explain. So Curado G Chronarch E have the longer handles and thicker grips. The Scorpion 1001XT which would be the equal to the Curado has a shorter handle and smaller grips. Does this play as well with the new Scorpion I and Curado I or are they both the same size and Metanium USA and JDM versions. Wanna pull the trigger on a Metanium and 2 newer Scorps. I'm not sure of all the lengths and info I have found was conflicting.

6# invizX or 7# sniper it's a toss up from my experience. Without saying names every other FC I tried was a real pita in the management department.

Yeah I was wondering the on the complex. I have a SustainFG 6000 for saltwater love it! Gonna check out the JDM stuff. The Stradic seems to weight a oz or 2 too light for the Rod.

I have a MHX HM Mag ML/XF Rod DVT built me exclusively for shakey heads. If it helps with your question I couldn't find a Rod that I liked enough for said technique so I opted for this particular blank taper and action

Hey guys just bought this drop shot rod off Buzzed Bait. I tried my Ci4 and Ci4+ on it and both felt the same weight wise. Balance point with either about even with hook keeper (which is in the worst possible location I may add). Any of you guys have this rod and what reel do you have on it? I may end up just grabbing another ci4+ or a ci4 off eBay if I can find one cheap. But if something balances better I want to know! Lol Thanks

I had a thread awhile back and experienced the same thing. Instead of spraying it night before every outing I'm only using it when needed. Milky color has since went away.
