  1. Not the outcome we were all praying for. Brian.
  2. That's horrible. You just feel helpless when these things happen. An animal can't tell you what's wrong and how they feel. Hope Brady comes through. Brian.
  3. I save my torn up swimming/burner worms and cut them to around 3+- inches. Brian.
  4. The Little Drummer Boy. Brian.
  5. Amen. Worked 23 years as a Industrial Mechanic and retired when I turned 47. Haven't missed it in 8 years. I do like fondling my reels. Brian.
  6. No favorites really, I am partial to some, but that involves the rod that they're on also. Brian.
  7. Got the ultrasonic, tub of Cal's, Gear grease and TSI 321 all ready to go. Have some bearings to change out and respooling to do. COME ON SPRING!!!!! Brian.
  8. I switch all my handle knob bearings/bushings to ABEC 5 stainless bearings and shim them to get the perfect fit. I can't stand that click clack feeling of a knob shifting back and forth on a retrieve. I too am extremely OCD. Brian.
  9. On soft baits. Brian.
  10. Yum Vibra Tube is a really nice, bigger profile tube that is excellent for punching/flipping/pitching and seems to draw a bigger bite. Brian.
  11. Get 2 of the ARK Lancer Pro's. A MH/F and a MH/M, get both right now for under $120. Brian.
  12. You'll be very happy with your choice of the ARK BOGO. Brian
  13. Zillion HLC or Curado 150 MGL. Brian.
  14. What makes you say/think that? I keep 4-100 packs on hand always. I never head to Florida without them. Brian.

That's just awesome. I was fishing a local lake a few years ago and out of the corner of my eye, I spotted something orange. I first thought someone threw a traffic cone in the lake. As the boat got closer I observed a big orange Koi. I only seen it that one time, but I now look for it every time I'm there. That one is from France. Brian.
  16. They usually do double member points. Brian.
  17. I don't understand why they insist on calling the 80 a finesse reel when it holds 110 yards of 12lb line, has Magforce braking, the spool weighs 15 grams and it's aluminum framed w/a aluminum handle side plate. I have one and really like it, mounted on a Rebellion MH/F rod and spooled with McCoy 12lb Ext. Clear. I can throw a 3" paddle tail w/a 1/8oz jig head or a 3/4 oz Jig on it, it works perfectly. List another sub $125 reel with those attributes. Brian. PS. If you cut me, I bleed Shimano Blue.
  18. Thanks for that. ?Brian.
  19. I suppose, I told them I would sign a waiver. It's just nice to have a place 5 minutes from the house if I get an hour or so to fish. It'll be frozen by mid-December, if not sooner. I looked forward to it Thanksgiving Day as a means to escape the In-Laws. Wife says after we eat, I'm free to go!!!!!! Brian.
  20. My last Bass from the F&G. They decided to close the lake today the 18th due to the fact, they don't want people to be hit by stray bullets while they're fishing. Seriously, that's what they told us. 35° air temp, 20+ mph winds. Millionaire 70 CT SV, 6'10" Legend Glass M/M, 10lb. Samarai Flouro, 1/4oz. SK Red Eye Baby Carp, he ate it. Brian.
  21. I use my MH Spinning Rod on lakes where it is difficult, or nearly impossible, to throw a baitcaster. I have a few bank fishing reservoirs where the tree cover is such that it's near impossible to have a backcast. Brian.
  22. She's Lil because her Mom is original Ethel Mae. Lil Ethel Mae was 7 weeks old when I took that picture. I just happened to get up to go to the bathroom so I checked up on the Pups and she was snuggling with her Mom. Brian.
  23. That's my Lil Ethel Mae. She was sulking because I wouldn't let her lay on my lap after getting muddy in the creek. She won!! Brian.
  24. 20", scale was in the truck. I ALWAYS carry my scale after November but had an hour to slip out, just grabbed my rod, reel and 3 Lipless and fished. 13 Metanium HG, ALX OXIM Agent, Daiwa Game Vibe Lipless. Brian.
