Yeah , it could never be enforced .I do think that others shouldn't be able to sink them for you. In other words Strike King shouldnt be allowed to alter the environment then give their pros the waypoints.

I learned that Casey Ashley is a much more skilled angler than I , because there is no way I could have retrieved an over sized RoadRunner through all those brush piles .

Put the weights on toothpicks then push the toothpicks in the pages of a large book, like a dictionary. You can do a hole bunch at once. I use the dipping brush for the white part. Let them dry overnight. Then for the pupil , I cut the end off a toothpick , get the blunt end smooth and dip it in the black polish .

I use fingernail polish to put eyes on some weights. I paint three eyes so one is always visible.

Fish them the same as a Texas rig. If the cover is real heavy , like cedar trees, I will forgo the jig and use a texas rig with a skirt and still keep the jig profile .

I dont trim. I fan it out .

Summer time on jigs. I dont keep them but there are catmen who buy them .

I catch them below a dam on the Mississippi river. Not on purpose though .

A+ here also. I missed a lot of fishing for two years due to health reasons and major surgery . This coming season , with a new used Lowe deck boat , I am well equipped to take some ill people fishing .

I bet you kayak fishermen catch more fish per hour than the Bass Boat guys just because of the waters you fish. I canoe and have a plastic portable boat and those hard to get to spots are often loaded with eager fat bass .

The second club tournament I won was the first time I fished as a boater. It was spring and time was running out. I was in the back of a cove and had zero fish. There had to be shallow bass here , just could not get any to bite. I was to young and stupid to know I was out of the running. There were two stumps to fish and then I had to head to the weigh in empty handed. I wanted a lure to resemble a large shad and not give the bass enough time to study it . I tied on a Bomber Long A Minnow for the very first time. I cast past the stumps and retrieved it as fast as I could. Two bass totaling thirteen lbs fell for it and won by two lbs. . Its the best tournament move I ever made and that lure remains a top shelf fish producer thirty five years later .

Back in my club days , my bass went missing.My older co-angler weighed it in with his fish. I told on him , he was disqualified but not kicked out of the club. He said it was an accident. It was on purpose .

i dont think my scales work. The bass never weigh as much as they should .

I have no idea what lure to recommend . Once you start fishing , figure out what you want a lure to do and make it happen. The terminal tackle box is the most important box I carry .

I use something similar. Made them for river smallmouths but caught one of my biggest largemouths ever on one .

I've used the jelly from veenie weenies .

Early , early I like crawfish. Later about anything goes .
