BTW, I was not trying to be rude. I went with the Minn Kota Terrova which is "cheap" in the world of smart trolling motors and I am already wishing I would have stepped up to the Ultrex. I can't get used to the foot pedal on the Terrova. Hoping it will come with time, but I have almost thrown myself over board a couple times getting backwards on direction lol.

I wanted a 21 footer with a 250 and power poles but only wanted to spend $5,000. Never found one. $1,500 won't get you very far in the world of these newer trolling motors.

Top is Met, bottom is Bantam. Met is shallower, the Bantam is almost the same as the K. They both do the job, but in my opinion the Bantam is a better fit and look.

Here is the Met cap and the Bantam cap. I prefer the Bantam cap. To me, it looks WAY better. I may actually buy a couple more K's knowing I can replace that ugly one. LOL

Thanks, spooled it up with some 15lb 832 braid and tied on an 8lb leader of AbrazX and plan on doing some dropshotting with it. Never been much of a spinning user, but I'm going to try to get better at it.

You should fill your spool up with more line.

I do believe they will. Post should be the same length. I have a Citica 200E I can check later if someone doesn't chime in and confirm. Might as well order some bearings off the auction site to throw in there as well.

I have the Helix 8 MSI GPS G3 on the bow but I use the Mega DI transducer in my TM so there is no SI. I was thinking I would link them to use the SI on my transom transducer but the dealer decided to go a different route because they said I would like the Mega DI better using the TM transducer. So, that was probably zero help, but no I have not used the SI at the bow.

I went on the cheap end with this jerkbait rod. I am using a 6'9 M fast Shimano Intenza. I actually really like it. I prefer a fast tip and I like the way a M loads up for casting. I used it for throwing a Pop Max the other day and it worked well. I am using 12 lb Sufix Elite mono on it for now. May switch up to some braid soon, not sure.

I don't know what one would consider a "deal" but I picked one up brand new for $175 which I thought was pretty good. One would think if they were releasing a new one this year, it might have, just maybe have, been included in all the 2020 release stuff that has been all over the internet lately.
