they're good baits, but don't fool yourself about cheaper than hard baits. a hard bait is a one time purchase and may last a very long time, i can burn through some soft plastics in a day and spend more than most of my hardbaits cost.

very much agree that the coosa is a nice unit for the lake. my buddy has one and i've paddled it a couple times in the lake and really liked it. i was looking at one hard until i found a deal on my ride 135.

i pretty much agree with you jfrancho.... and that's from a guy who only fishes from the yak or the bank.... in fact, kayak forums typically turn into more of a rigging discussion than fishing... lots of forums out there for kayakers, but no fishing site as good as BR
