  2. gambler sweebo in black.
  3. agreed. john gruden is on the short list. i hope they can sign him. now all we need is for bill cowher to take the reins for the dolphins and we will be looking good.
  4. fished the lake yesterday out of belle glade. stayed south the entire day. did not see many boats from the giblets and gravy event, they were probably north. we caught well over 50 fish, with two 4 pounders and a 3.5. lots of smal fish. most fish came on dippers and flukes, but the bigger ones were caught on horny's. fished from sun up til 1:30. fun day on the lake. lake is at 13.0 and getting lower. we missed a bunch of big fish in the slop, still a fun day.
  5. nice beaver...thank you i just had it stuffed! RIP leslie neilsen

look at it on the bright side--it is 31 degrees wamer where you are right now.
  9. not only does it count, but i am hoping that side imaging gives me a leg up on the competition this year for the King of the Glades series. it is mainly canal fishing in the glades, but i am certain there are rocks, humps, cars and anything else that will hold fish that will show up on the screen.

  12. dude if you live in springs, you are in the most premiere area of northern broward county. eagle trace, heron bay, and EVERY gated community is LOADED with peacock. if you want to launch a kayak, try university and sawgrass. there is a church there and it has monster bass and peacock. if you want peacock, throw a floating gold rapala or a gold countdown and retrieve as fast as you can. i prefer the largemouths in that stretch using a black blue bitsy jig with a paca chunck trailer swimming it over, and throught the felled trees. that place is amazing when it is on. also try a white spinnerbait through the pads. good luck.
  13. right on lee. i'm in. i'll pm you my vitals.
  14. dang GT, that was quicker than espn. nice work.
  15. another cold front just rolled through here and it is in the mid 70's. it gets kinda cool at night. i have never seen snow except when it snowed here in '77. i hate the cold.
  16. i am not playing the guy who has vick in my league, but he was down by 38 points going into the game and he ended up winning by 20 points. crazy! vick is sick.
  17. thanks sal. that looks like a great investment and i will certainly pass the info along. when he bought his lake and bay, he bought it from a guy who fished the redfish tour and those optimas are the 1200's? i think he said he needs to upgrade to the 1500's(?). i guess the batteries he has now are not made to go through heavy grass all day long. at $300 a pop, i'l stick to my wet batteries.
  18. considering your prediction about moss last week was waaaaaay off, i can see why you would bring up a trade that happened 3 years ago. deflect much? lmao
  19. fished my club tourny today and struggled. went to cochrans and quickly put 5 fish in the boat. big fish was 3 pounds and the rest were dinks. struggled to upgrade all morning and to top it off my partners optima batteries were dead by noon. no trolling motor. decided to go to uncle joes and drift. ended up culling our dinks with a couple of 2-3 pounders. at 2:40 my partner bangs a 4.5 and we split to go weigh in. ended up with 14.93 and won. couldn't believe it. i thought we had no chance. flukes in uncle joes were crushing them. it was super windy this morning and we had waves coming over the bow. traps were getting dinks at cochrans. the water is getting lower, but still runable. a guy in my club chipped and bent his skeg going into coots bay. big fish of the tourney was 8.2 pounds. unfortunately for him, that was his only fish.
  20. moss looked old---really old. is it just me or does he look like he is running in slow motion? merriman--what a joke! he did not play because he is injured--AGAIN! so stoked my dolphins passed on those bums.
  21. i will be there tomorrow. going out of clewiston. when the water starts dropping, gar is 100% right, BE CAREFUL.

imo i think the paca craw started many companies to copy their style of "craw". a paca chunk on a swimming jig is as good as it gets.
  23. i have restless leg syndrom also known as peripheral neuropathy. i have had the problem for about 15 years now and i medicate each night to get to sleep. i did a sleep study after agonizing for years. i tried the banana thing, i also tried quianine as well to no avail. i am not sure if that is what you have, but it sucks when you cannot get to sleep.
  24. tally you are nuts! hawaii is amazing. expensive, but amazing. i can't wait to go back in a couple of months.
  25. i was out there yesterday and did surprisingly well. i caught around 20 fish with the biggest at 4.4 pounds. my partner did not catch as many, because he fipped all day and caught a 5.3 and a 3.9. i went through 20 flukes in a 4 hour session. i had to go through a mess of 1-2 pounders before i landed that 4.4. put in at boynton at 8:30 and off the water at 2:30. i thought for sure it was going to be a tough bite-quite the opposite. every fish was super tight to cover.
