Megabass Karashi Twitch Bait
Clear water, fast twitches just under the surface. It is definitely a numbers bait, but as has been said if you hook anything over 4 lbs and you will, you better have a great drag and lots of open water because the hooks will fail. I upgrade the front hook with the Ryugi Pierce. I have not found a feathered treble hook for the rear.

Beetle Spins
I too have had quality issues the last few years. I started buying the Hildebrandt jig spinners and attaching them to other jig heads. Problem solved. https://www.lurepartsonline.com/1099-Original-Hildebrandt-Jig-Spinners-2PK?srsltid=AfmBOoou971yd3F7VzsbgvplfZQBTBEE4QMrC-3i8xBWxcAdwc6vKTR5

Best walking frog on the market?
The Toad Thumper Swamper Walking Frog walks really easy for me. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Toad_Thumper_Swamper_Walkin_Frog/descpage-TDTW.html

Giant Glidebaits/SwimBaits
LDC is a great rod if it fits your budget. An iRod Gen III IRG865 is a great big bait rod (12 oz) for $169.00

Hag's Hurricane Bladed Jig
It seems "different". Not sure if that is stronger or just a different vibration. The one thing I have noticed was the Hag's gets bit very quickly, like they're not following it but attacking it sooner if that makes any sense.

Hag's Hurricane Bladed Jig
I won't buy the bladed jig anymore. I guess I can't use the brand name. The Hag's will be the one I buy going forward.

$50 spinning rod?
Late to the party but TW has the Abu Jordan Lee rods and reels, but one get 2 free. Works out to $33 a piece.
-
Hag's Hurricane Bladed Jig
I picked up 2 at the Classic and have worn the skirt off of one of them. They get bit! That BKK hook is the deal. As much as I like the bladed jig, I won't be buying them anymore.

The latest sale thread
I have the 7'9" H that is my frog rod and 2 of the 6'10 ML spinning rods (they were buy one - get one free). IMHO they perform much better than the price point before this sale. I still remeber that tournament Jordan won using that frog rod.

Casting VS Spinning for Bottom Contact
I've got a 7' MH with a 4000 size reel that I will use for any bottom contact bait. I also have a 7'6" XH that I throw swimbaits on up to 4 ounces. I started using these when I had shoulder surgery and I had to lob cast for a while. They are still in my rotation. You just need a reel with a great drag.

Favorite Buzzbait
D&M Buzzsaw in-line buzzbait. The free-swinging EWG hook lets you add your favorite trailer and not worry about snagging it in any cover.

Best reel for fishing frogs
I switched to the KastKing Deadbolt. No drag on this one. Great price and going on two years of Texas bass. I picked up another one to flip with.

Favorite swimbaits
Crackhead, Gypsy & Goblin. The last order has not been received but it has 2 different colors - Heckler and Sweetheart.

Line color
I just don't believe it makes a difference. We worry about sewing thread diameter line on a crank bait with 2 very visable treble hooks on it. The A-rig looks like a wad of coat hangers coming thru the water column. And then I watched a Tactical Bassin' underwater video on different jerkbaits thrown on 10 lb fluro. When the light penetration was at a certain depth, the fluro glowed like a neon tube. If a bass is feeding, it will sieze the opportunity.

Favorite swimbaits
I got in on the first drop of the Working Class Zero Micro Citizens. They are 5 to a pack for $20. Because of the success I have had with the big Citizens, I ordered 4 different colors. I was second guessing myself at the $4 a bait cost, but let's just say I reordered on Sunday's drop from The Hook Up Tackle without any regrets - zero!

How are Magnum baits?
Very high quality baits. I've had the rod almost ripped out of my hand on Lake Fork using the 5" Beef Craw. CS is very good, also.

Okuma Stratus SGT-30 handle paddle missing a chunk
Not that I am aware of. The ones I have used cover the entire knob and do not come off very easily. Send a message to sponsor Delaware Valley Tackle. He may be aware of an available knob from another brand you can replace it with.

Okuma Stratus SGT-30 handle paddle missing a chunk
I would just put a sleeve over it. https://www.amazon.com/Non-Slip-Baitcaster-Spinning-Customizable-Baitcasting/dp/B0CF165JLB/ref=sr_1_47?crid=2Z5OD2GU5XJFI&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.pTgnJLz-Y4wQGKrBco7jTYYMeUHG-mLdlqTcWVBKlTmu_ul0J6APO_pdZvc1Ya5XQxGakRoJ4HMxvt-g9_JY2n9qDWd6un0F-Dya5DV9rEkiBwqSoqi6mNr0wp7wTN9cPjOGSP1VQBOkr23J3hij5LhoDwiPsTpPW7CT7hlkaDCzFRB87G0kxfyjI9MbED9sTE7SPVxH1xeS_KMbCKxyN5VYTlu0EDsga_xvxgT14hTFXKPEmnyMa7Z-bC9P_IjU-FpyQvUMPbQIL1NGY97E7Kp6O5PMCl440YA4fsVmSXk.mL9jXvfhbiwM2iAgWeUXDvXdC1Q1zqrGUyvyrFKQ5xU&dib_tag=se&keywords=Spinning+reel+handle+knobs&qid=1744935810&sprefix=spinning+reel+handle+knobs%2Caps%2C132&sr=8-47

Does braided really spook fish?
I have switched to Sufix 832 Camo for everything. Their 20 lb braid is 6 lb diameter - almost thread like. If a couple of treble hooks banging around don't spook the fish, I don't think braid will either. If it does, I believe it is offset by the increased sensitivity and bite detection plus I rarely break off.

Cheap crankbait rod
There is an older gentleman in our club that uses Ugly Sticks for all of his moving baits. And he routinely kicks our butts.
