  2. Panther Martins work well for rainbow trout...black body silver blade
  3. This might be of use to you. http://www.jannsnetcraft.com/butt-caps/023022100008.aspx I use as Lendiesel22 stated above. Heavy duy chair leg tip protectors from hardware store. I use quarters for weight and no electrical tape. I only do this with my worm and jig rods
  4. Texas rig a worm or craw. Also try a weightless fluke.
  5. http://www.***.com/Megastrike_Shake2_Pro_Model_Shakey_Head/descpage-MSPROMD.html These have great standup. Good for hopping or dragging
  6. Got my first this year and love it...
  7. I like them with water clarity 2' or less and a little rip on water. Do well working them over grass flats like a lipless crank. Also good bait along shore after a cold front when fish are holding tight to wood. I use a Havoc grass pig with about 1" cut off the nose for trailer and black/blue is my best producer.
  8. Another vote for Trilene knot. Most important is whatever knot you go with is to wet the heck out of it and pull slowly as you draw it tight.
  9. 1 for me. Except my fly rods and a UL spinning i take backpacking
  10. Rack inside house. Also tackle bags and electronics go in same room.
  11. I use a BPS Carbonlite 7'MH fast and it walks one just right...

  15. x2 on frogg toggs for boat... just no good for bushwacking
  16. Never while fishing but running from spots and sometimes eating lunch.... tom petty ac/dc union station zz top
  17. I use the HitchHikers also.FWIW found out i get better action out of blade when i attach it around the outside of jig eye instead of thru it.Also i texpose a havoc grass pig for trailer.
  18. I like a Havoc Grass pig with about 1" cut off head and use it on both. Regarding chatterbait i seem to do better if there is a little wind or water is heavy stained. Also running them over top of grass on shallow flats has worked well for me
  19. Both for me. Mostly im throwing 1/8-3/16 and i use a Lews TP with10# InvizX. Anything lighter than 1/8 i use my dropshot spinning setup which has 10#braid and 8# leader.
  20. I picked up a Lews TP $150 shipped priority mail last month.I was like you and decided to call first. They have a retail store in Dothan,Al. Good people to deal with, you can call and speak with them if any questions. http://www.sportsmansoutfitters.com/
