The gooseberry trick worm has been one of my go to lures this year. Every time I go to dicks I buy a few bags to stock up.

I fish buckmaster pond a lot too, usually take my dog there when I go visit my mother. Never caught anything big out of there but most of the time I'll catch a few dinks, decent trout fishing too. I'll have to give the lipless a shot, normally I get them on a drop shot occasionally a black and blue chatterbait

Put A Kayak On Top Of Your Car With No Roof Rack?
How would you open your doors if you ran it through the windows? You can't, I did that when I first got my kayak. For now I use the foam blocks and they're pretty solid, not to worried about scratching my 98 corolla, but I'll be getting a rack for next season.

7' Jig And Frog Rod
Right now I'm using an ALX deputy (7'1" mh). It does the job well, and objectively speaking it is a great rod, but it doesn't have "it" for me.

Giving Up On Tungsten
Lead isn't an option here in MA, I don't mind using the bullet weights because I rarely break one off, but tungsten jigs hurt every time I break one off.

St Croix Triumph
I have a 6' triumph light that I use for lobbing power bait, I think the rod you're looking at would be a great choice

Why Isn't Quantum More Popular?
Thanks for your input, went to bass pro today to check it out. Ended up getting a saragosa, I really like the egg shaped knobs shimano uses over the cabos t handle.

Why Isn't Quantum More Popular?
What do you think of a cabo 40 on a 9 ft med rod. Right now I have a stardic 6000 but it seems too big for the rod

What Did You Catch Your Pb On?
The only bass I've ever caught on a lipless crank was my pb, catch a lot of pickerel on it too

St croix avid 6'8" mxf is my favorite that I've used. I've got my eyes on the 6'6" mh legend elite tho

Split - Grip Rods : Love 'em Or Hate 'em ?
I don't think I've ever held the rod in the middle of the handle, so it doesn't really matter to me.
