I like to downsize to a 10" worm when conditions get tough My PB came off a 10" Power Worm.

My real point was that FC is twice the fisherman Siemantel is, if he wrote a book it would be WAAAAAY better! I also think that with the tackle we have available to us right now, and the amount of big bait pressure ( especially out here) that much of that book expounds on baits and tactics that are outdated. Thats not to say that there isn't of bunch of applicable info though, there is. It'll definitely jump start your big bait thinking. As far as whether or not I like him.......I don't know him, but the needle is pointed pretty strongly towards Nope! LOL Probably because he has caught alot more big fish than me

I've read it. I wouldn't disgrace Fish Chris by saying that he would write something like that though. There are a few southern guys that throw swimbaits on here.

I own the 702ML Spinning rod and the 704c and 734c casting rods. I absolutely love these rods. I can't find a real negative point to them. Lightweight, durable, super sensitive, for what you get they are also very well priced. I have fished half a dozen of the other models as well. I am not really a fan of the swimbait rods. I buy mine from Sportsmans Warehouse locally.

I have an absolutely AWESOME custom soft plastic guy, but I AINT SHARING!!!LOL I also have some punk kid in georgia who is supposed to be doing something for me, but he is a dang FLAKE!!!!! no names or anything coughsenko77cough :D ;D

I could fish with only five rods: Dropshot rod Jig/big worm rod Medium Swimbait Rod Heavy Swimbait Rod Ex Heavy Swimbait rod.

I fell most at home when the visibility is between 6 and 12 feet. Sometimes I fish in 20+ feet of visibility it sucks....usually... .

I SCORED!!!! A few months ago I put a Chronarch MG on the flea market board to trade. When Alpster offered to build me a rod in exchange I didn't hesitate. Ronnie is the man, and was a great help. What we finally ended up with is an 8'4" EX-HEAVY swimbait rod. It is a Graphite USA 85 MONSTER MAG blank. It is everything I was hoping for, and it showed up EXACTLY how I asked for it. By the time we were done, the cost of parts alone were about the same as a brand new Chronarch MG, then you add in shipping and labor and it should be a $400+ rod. But the guy will ONLY LET ME SEND THE MG!!!!! You are too cool Ronnie, and I definitely appreciate it! And guys let me tell you, the rod is beautiful! It is not very flashy, but that is not because ALPSTER couldn't do it, it is just because I wanted a very understated, classy, FUNCTIONAL rod. What it lacks in flash it makes up for in pure craftsmanship and quality! The wraps are gorgeous and the finish is PERFECT! I've also got a Shimano Calcutta 400 TE saddled up on it. I can't wait to whack a toad on this thing!!!!!! THANK YOU RONNIE!!!!! THE MG IS ON THE WAY! Jay

I know that they have a bunch of undersized Rhode Island loonies working for them, so I am waiting with fingers crossed....... Somewhere in the middle of this country is a 105 inch long piece of tubing with my name on it. It will take a week to make it cross country, I hope it makes it in one piece, I've been waiting for this one for a long time!! So excited! With all the crackpots that work for them though, I have my doubts.....
