I would rather use tiny flys, ant/ mosquito, and just bare hooks for potential live bait rigging... Though I mite well eat the worm/ grub outta hunger/ protein

I like to use live bait, I find it's relaxing and quite productive, I like artificial too, as well as cut- bait, I enjoy all aspects of the sport...

Lake Orange & Lochloosa in 87, 11.2 @ Loch.. Hoards of FLMB approaching very near 10... Never got over 10 again though.... Fish caught this time of year... On a pontoon fishing crappie on a 1" minnow.. Drinking my Fave, Bourbon & water... Does that count? Nailed fish on Gilraker worms, Native Golden Shiners, rattlebaits, mostly flippin and dead sticking ....south ind. sucks for big fish.... Get em occasionally pushing 8 but it's tough for big girls... Got to travel to catch those good fish...

Off shore in the Gulf.....big uns there... Monsters, Monster Hammerheads too... My Father and his pals caught a 18' Hammerhead in 68 off a oil platform..
