Indiana Question
Yep... I hate to say it but tough, is a nice way to say it.... It's a joyful lake to be on either one.... But I just go on trips to catch bigger fish now, it's not even a good lake to catch even dinks... Great panfish lake... Huge crappie

Another What Line Question
Depends on the cover I guess. You pitch light plastics in sparse cover or? Rocks and stuff flurocarbon /soft cover braid but I will now use both in whatever cover, lol!! So idk...

My Co-Angler Rod/reel Arsenal
LApanic, you contact the manufactors of you're reels and you can then order you're spare spool It's a shame, they always for at least 25 years included a spare spool... Mostly none do now!

Braid Or Fluorocarbon For Fishing Weeds.
I think most rods are built to handle braided lines nowadays. I like moderate fast tips, mostly with braid, I have a kistler spinner rod that's a fast tip for drop shot.. It's fine too

Another Good Morning Wading.
I did not mean to imply anything about you're very nice fish, only that it's well known that camera phones/ digital really can strangely record objects different from the human eye.. That's all, maybe it did come across wrong. It was not my intent to insult you at all, if I did, I offer my apologie. Great fish and great story! Thanks for sharing

No Luck With Spinnerbaits

Recieved Some New Worms.
Yes you do generally trig them, I used lead for years, but have used tungston slip sinkers since 98? I don't need a EWG, for a worm like that, just a round bend z bend in the appropriate size as in 3/0 to 7/0 ... 1/0 to 2/0 on 3" to 5" offset shank also as owner calls them, straight shank hooks as well... I will use a EWG where I need to as in swimbaits or just really thicker plastics, just not on a ribbon tale...

Well I gotta tell ya, that first pic, fish looks beefy! Next 2 look slim and different, and that's digital photography for ya! Nonetheless that's a heck of a fish and a neat strike story too!!
