  1. I like the Dingers better. They last a lot more fish than the Yamamotos. Sometimes the Yamamotos tear up on me before I even hook a fish
  2. Go with the 7'1" MH Fast. I have a 6'8 MH and I like it for senkos, but not for spinnerbaits and rattle traps. + You'll get more casting distance with the 7'1".

When there's no more room in a tackle box, that's when you get another 3700.
  4. More like not fast enough. Go ahead and buy it. I'm sure you'll barely notice any difference jumping from 7:1 to 7:5.1
  5. I think lipless cranks have a better action that mimics a dying baitfish. Ex) Whenever you flutter the lure down and reel again
  6. Look on academy. I picked one of their bags up for 20 bucks and it fits 4 3600's in them

I like to throw lipless crankbaits and spinnerbaits around this time
  8. Pit boss in green pumpkin purple flake!

I can't even imagine spending that much on one lure... yet
  10. That may be an exception for me haha

Gave in and bought a few things. Some Red Eye Shads for the fall, Storm Arashi Wakebaits I've been wanting to try, some topwater frogs for the remainder of the heat. Bait monkey wins again
  12. I thought it was going to be someone throwing firecrackers in the water lol. Cool video!
  13. I think its pretty gross. I mean who knows what bacteria are living on the fish. Do you guys do it like Jimmy Houston lol?
  14. Hoping the lipless crankbait bite will turn on soon. It's still pretty hot here in Indiana
  15. Silica gel packets to prevent rusting in tackle boxes
  16. At Walmart the jigs they sell have rusted hooks on them in the package ...

What have you guys bought? I know no one can pass up a sale. I'm resisting the bait monkey, just because I don't have time to fish that much due to school. I need to make time lol
  18. Fishing near a friend, my lure hits his rod but the spool keeps going. If I'm not frustrated I'll pick it out in 20 minutes lol
  19. For me it doesn't really matter. However when using lighter lures the dual braking system helps more for me.
  20. There is a thread pinned about this, go take a look. Great read
  21. Try using some spooks. They practically walk themselves, and once you got the hang of it you can transition it over to frogs.
  22. El Salto for sure
  23. Have you tried trimming the legs? It helps them walk easier. Especially the Livetarget ones. Anyways, when I walk a frog its all about the wrist. It's one constant motion, and I let the butt of my rod hit the interior of my elbow. You have to do this motion quickly though. Kinda hard to explain, I'll try to find a video Found the video. Look at around the 9 minute mark. I do exactly what this guy does.
