Wacky Worm Problems.....
I have an O-Wacky Tool and O rings and have tried a ring, double ring, zip ties, and nothing worked better than a 1" inch piece of 3/8" inch tubing that you pull the Senko through and then silde the hook through both.

What Happened To My Motor? - With Pics
Found out it is the Trilobe pin. I guess mine might have been missing for awhile but never knew it. I got a new one and back up one for $1.50 each. So I should be good. Thanks for the help.

Is Trilene 100% Xl Fluorocarbon Any Good?
This short review says it has all of the benefits of monofilament and fluorocarbon combined with no negative aspects of fluorcarbon. Is it really that good? I'm guessing not since I never hear of anyone using it.

As the title states: How many magnetic brakes do you have turned on your baitcasting reels? Anyone have no brakes on at all?

Anyone Ever Fish With A Snake Type Bait?
Saw this video for the Natural Motion Lures Snake and it seems really cool. It says ESPN's the "Bass Professor" helped make it and he has over 800 10lbs+ fish. Not saying he caught them all with this lure. But the lure looks interesting and worth a try when the topwater bite is on. However, they don't seem to be sold at regular stores like Cabelas or BassPro which would make someone skeptical. I can't believe one of the big box stores hasn't picked up some brand of snake yet, they even sell the Banjo Minnow. I checked and neither Cabelas or Bass Pro carries any type of snake lure. http://store.bassprofessor.com/natural-motion-lures.html

How To Prevent Arm Tanning
I didn't realize until recently that regular cotton long sleeve shirts don't stop cancer. So I got Columbia's Omni-Freeze long sleeve shirts with SPF 30 from Sierra Trading Post on sale, way cheaper than Cabelas on sale even. They keep you cool and if you sweat they activate and keep you cooler.

How To Deal With A Stuck/hard To Use Perko Boat Light?
So the boat I have has two lights, a short bow light that is green and red and a long stern light. The long light goes in and out easily. The short bow light is extremely hard to get out once it's put in. I was wondering what to do to make it easier to pull out?

New Video! 5 Ways To Rig A Senko
Another way to peg the Texas Rigged Senko is to put a swivel on the line and then tie the hook. Hook the Senko and then slide the other end of the swivel over the hook and pull it up to the Senko, then hook the center of the Senko.

How Much Does The Rod Play In Casting Distance?
He only had an SX so it has an outside drag only. My Rockets have both. If I turned off all of the brakes inside the spool, would it help? I have #40 braid. I think he had mono or fluro.

Is It Weird.....?
I love frog fishing. I love getting big blow ups in lily pads. However, recently I've started to really like getting strikes on my KVD Sexy Dawg more. I think it has to do with being able to usually see the strike out in open water. Also, with the treble hooks I rarely lose fish. I almost always only lose them if they missed the bait. The hooks are really sharp and have a high hook up percentage. I wonder if the success rate also plays a factor in it. I don't land nearly as many frog fish as KVD Sexy Dawg fish. I believe even if I got the same percentage of hook ups I'd still like Dawgs better. I just like seeing the fish hit the lure I guess, with frogs so many times you just see a splash. Is that weird that I like catching fish with my KVD Sexy Dawg over topwater frogs?

How Much Does The Rod Play In Casting Distance?
I am under the impression that rod action has more to do with casting distance then the reel. I'm specifically talking about baitcasting setups. I was fishing with a friend and he was casting twice to three times as far as me. Probably close to 40 yards or more. I was really impressed. I couldn't get close to his distance. I'm using a Revo Rocket and Cabelas Tournament ZX frog rod which is a heavy and 7'3". I think his set up was a medium. He had a Abu Revo SX and Abu Veritas. Not sure what length. All of our stuff was stock. I tried my same lure today with a different set up, a cheap Gander Vortex medium rod with Abu Revo SX. It went considerably farther, but not as far as he was casting. I don't know the weights of the rods or lures. He was using a KVD frog and I was using a KVD Sexy Dawg and Ragetail Toad. Was it his rod that allowed him to cast so far? I have 2 of my magnetic brakes on inside the spool I think. Could turning them off get me more distance?

What Happened To My Motor? - With Pics
So I got into the water and my motor wouldn't go down. I realized that this horizontal rod was sticking out. It normally doesn't stick out. I don't have pictures of it sticking out. I wish I did. You can see the vertical rod that makes the motor go up and down. This is the horizontal rod that connects to it inside the motor. You can see the outer end of the rod. My only guess is that I has the motor too high when backing up the trailer and boat and it has almost no weight on the motor then. I am guessing the rod shook out then. Well, I put the motor all the way up and was able to tap the rod back into place.

Rage Tail
You make the best stuff Steve! I always have a Ragetail Toad on one of my rods. Perhaps my favorite lure and definitely one of my top producers next to a Senko if not the top producing bait I've ever used. Keep up the good work. You've put a smile on many thousands of fisherman's faces.

Is This A Good Deal?
A trusted friend is selling a new in the box unopened Lowrance Elite 5 DSI fish locator for $250. They were $500 new. He decided he wanted something else. This model is 2 years old and has been discontinued. I was just going to buy a cheap $100 fish locator for depth for when I'm running fast. I've read good and bad reviews on this locator and it having problems not working right out of the box. What do you think?

Quantum Smoke Or Shimano Symetre
I have refs that the Smoke is better then the Exo. Although I'm sure the Symetre is good also. Id get the smoke if it is cheaper.

Wacky Worm Problems.....
I tried that first. The tubing works better. I think it works better because the tubing bends while the zip ties don't. The tubing does have to be about 1" minimum though. A 10' foot roll costs about $2.86.
