  1. I'll vote for lab mix. We have 2, they're the best dogs you can get!
  2. That is a 1964 Gibson J-50 owned by my grandmother, who I traded my other guitar for. It was a terrible trade for her, but she wanted to pass the guitar down to me. I had to make a promise not to sell it, which I won't be doing. We had it appraised, and it was valued at over $3500. Thanks everyone, and glad you're liking the CD Alp! I'm having a great time using your rod, it works great and fits my grip really good.
  3. lol We'll get Russ to dub that in there for us. ;D
  4. God Bless America!
  5. This is our group playing up at the West Virginia Capitol Grounds with our buddy Homer Hunter from Stoney Bottom, WV. He is the one doing the singing, and I am playing the other guitar. All of this picking happened at the Vandalia Festival, held annually on Memorial Day. My brother, the one playing the banjo, won 2nd place in the banjo competition among several other players of different ages. Enjoy! Note: Be sure to select the "Watch In High Quality" link under the video.
  6. Those are some great pictures man! I love to surf fish when I go on vacation to South Carolina.

  8. Thanks guys!
  9. I turn 17 today, I'm pretty sick with allergies and a fever but I'm sure it will pass. Thanks for all the help and support I've received here. I joined on my 15th birthday and I owe this place a lot. Thanks!
  10. C'mon Troutfisher....you don't have to go online to find pics to impres us...Here's your REAL Identity.... ( Must suck to live in WV ) ;D That's about how it is, but how'd you get that picture of Jimzee?
  11. I respectfully disagree. I hate snakes and if they are poisonous they get the axe, no questions asked.
  12. Swing it by West Virginia! I'm in!
  13. Hold my beer, I'm diving in after her.
  14. Excellent. You or Ronnie would have definitely been my first choice.
  15. His show was fun to watch, but as the others say, turning down a charitable event such as CAST For Kids and fishing with LBH? Doesn't really fly with me. I mean, I'm not too passionate one way or the other, but that's the way I stand.
  16. LMAO, good one. ;D
  17. That's pretty awesome...thanks for sharing.
  18. bluegills. That's what I used for bait to catch a great fish, no problem with it as long as it's legal. 8-)
  19. Guys, I went to the local public ponds near my house. The fish were cruising in pairs, feeding on bluegill. I threw everything, chatterbaits, senkos, flukes, and couldn't get bit. Then I got creative. I checked the guidelines for using bluegill as bait, and when hooked on rod and reel, they are legal. So... I put on a small piece of plastic worm and quickly caught a small 'gill. I then rigged it up on a larger hook and spotted a large bass in the water. A few minutes later, and this! I was so excited! It tipped my digital scales at 3 lbs even, 2 ounces away from my PB. It was a great catch nonetheless. 8-)
  20. Thanks Glenn and moderators, I appreciate it.
  21. They didn't only lose, they got stomped on. 8-)
