Drop Shot Bait
well it really depends where you're fishing the dropshot, if you fishing clear deep water for smallies, a worm or baitfish replication bait will work best, but if you're fishing with a casting combo around fallen trees for largemouth and pitching it around cover a creature bait may be the best choice. All depends on the situation.

Jigs ---- Should I Switch From 30# Suffix Braid And Go To Fluoro?
It should be fine. If you're worried about fish seeing your line use a fluro leader.

Another Texas Rig Hook Question
I find them very dull compared to owner, Gami and VMC hooks and they almost run for the same price!

Chatterbait Or Spinnerbait?
They fish better in heavy grass than a Spinnerbait. They have a little more pull than your traditional double willow Spinnerbait. As cool as the chatterbait style baits are I'll stick with my Spinnerbait. There is a lot of information on this site and many other on that style bait. Just do some looking.

P-Line C21
I've had 8 pound on my pier casting rod for kings and my float rod for months and the line isn't jumpy at all. I like it a lot.

Swim Jig
it was actually on the Mississippi river in the lacrosse area by Tom Monsoor. Not that it has anything to do with how to use them. As far as retrieve goes it is like a crankbait and Spinnerbait mixed. So a straight wind works, I like to stop and start mine when immitating a bluegill, seems like a little snap of the wrist will often get them to react better.

Looking For A Wooden Rod Rack
I also made my own. Doesnt look the greatest but it shall do.

P-Line C21
that line has like zero memory. It isn't very abrasion resistant though.

Anyone Know About This Rod?
I just got a Powell Inferno and a Max 3D. The Inferno is super light, however it's not a cranking rod, it's a 703. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. Dont think you'll be disappointed.

Just Ordered My First Curado

Baby Bass Cranks
ditto. I don't think the bass cares about that shiny finish when it buzzes past its head.
