The flu is everywhere. I have never heard of it being this bad, at least in the south. My wife has it now. I got the shot so hopefully I will not get it. I had it a couple times, one really bad. I had chills then the sweats. I had the sheets wet from sweating so much. This went on a few nights. I think it lasted 10 days. The flu is to taken serious, some have died from it.

Same here, if I could only have one size, it would be the 3/8 oz.

I give mine a wipe down when I get home mostly to remove the water line ring. If it is not really bad, I just use water and a sponge. If it is pretty bad I use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. My boat is 21 years old but it looks great for it age. I also wax it twice a year which really helps.

I would suggest getting another rod for froggin'. I find a 7'6" is too long for me to work a frog. I am using my 7' Falcon Heavy for my frog fishing and my pitching. I use 50# Power Pro braid. Works for me besides you can never have enough rods.

I have had this battery in my boat since 2011 and still going strong.

Went to my local lake last week twice when we had some warm weather. Both times spent about three hours, not a bite !!!!! Water surface temp was 41*. Come on spring.

No doubt KVD, make sure you put in on before you fish so it can dry. I usually spray mine on the night before.

If I was going to get one rod, it would be a med./heavy. Look at the Carbon Lite rods in BPS, pretty good rods for the money.

Same here. I made mine for $5. Got the rod from one of my former workers at the power company (ground rod) and the clevis cost $5. Works great.
