I really like Bill Dance but he gets paid to push whoever pays him, can't really blame him.
  2. They work great together.
  3. Tackle Warehouse sale has started, got some of my money.
  4. You are wearing the right stuff, skin cancer is no fun. This is my hat.
  5. I have got a few. PM me your address and I will get them headed your way.
  6. First letter is the first letter in my first name. Rest of it is part of my last name.
  7. I fish a local 50 acre lake. The local wildlife biologist told me to keep my limit ever time I fish. If I did not want them, give them them away. There are too many small fish in the lake and it would help the lake to thin them out. I am doing my part.
  8. Ned rig on light line.
  9. Always tie direct, never used a snap on anything.
  10. Got three in the top 10 which includes Christie. I really thought Hackney would do good.
  11. Always had good luck on the Zoom finesse Texas rig and the centipedes Carolina rig.
  12. Haven't got many left
  13. I also just use a rope. I got a snap on a 25ft. rope and I put the snap where the winch snap was.I then coil it up and up it on the front of the boat. I have a eyebolt I tie the other end to. Works every time.
  14. The 73 is inland and the 74 is for coastal as you might know. My friend done a lot of reseaching of these two and determine that the 74 would not work that great in inland lakes. I would call Garmin and ask them. Hope I am wrong but I don't think it is going to work that great for you. The people as BPS sometimes don't know any more than you or I, they are just shooting from the hip. Just my opinion.
  15. Call Garmin, they have great customer service.
  16. Lets see, in last three months, new Garmin 73cv, 2 new rods, Misc. stuff from TW at Black Friday sale, 300 on boat repair, New steering wheel for boat (yea, I know), just got in an order of $115 worth of crankbaits, 6 reels cleaned, probably some more if I think real hard. That's what a bad winter will do to you.
  17. Same here. I have a a pair of Kleins 9inch pliers. They are expensive but I know they will cut any hook I need cutting.
  18. I use the Ned Rig in any color of water that I would throw a worm. Green Pumpkin in clear/slightly stained and Junebug in the rest.
  19. Welcome, glad you found us. Lots of good info here !!!!
  20. Looks great, believe you got everything covered, now that trolling motor !!!!

  22. Go to https://www.bassboatseats.com They only have one butt seat but it is a good one. I think it is around $50. Here is a pic of one on my boat. It also has a three year warranty.
