Got me Jonesin bad for another trip down there, I know Burley is wanting to head back down there just don't know if he wants me to go again after the last one. Randall's fish would be bigger given a steady diet of trout to go with the gizzard shad and shellcrackers. Varner has so much potential if they would only start stocking trout in it the bass sizes there would explode.

Missed 3 over the weekend on the spro because it threw the hook where I didn't get it set good and I discovered that the Revo STX and Carrot Stix 6'6" M are great for normal topwater applications but terrible for frogs. Got a 7'3" L&T that I am gonna pair up with a high speed reel for frogs so as not to loose anymore.

I'd probably take it out myself if some $$*$%(# would ever bring my trailer back. Looked this morning it is still settin in the yard with the jon on it and I forgot to put the tongue up on a block and with the rain we've had the past 2 days it is nearly up as high as the front seat.

Actually it is the same chasis in a sense it is made from the same materials and has the same mounting locations. Had a customer take an Explorer frame and put a Ranger/Mazda body on it with a mustang motor.

Cabin Creek Bait Co. has a really nice tube head with a good heavy wire hook that won't bend on ya. I started using them a couple weeks back after we started selling them here at the store and don't see me switching to anything else.

Gotta give my vote for the Carrot Stix. I have the 6'6" MH and love it, have it paired with a Revo STX and it will cast a mile and very sensitive.

Took mine with me tio a local pond Thursday and had no luck with it but i did leave one of them hanging in a limb after only getting it wet about 8 times.

I have a 201DPV I bought in Feb. when they had the $50 rebate (which I still haven't seen) that I will most likely be selling and replacing with a Revo Winch. I have only used this reel about a dozen times and is in new condition.

I agree with wickyman that the weird weather conditions everywhere this year with the hot/cold/hot/cold/hot/cold/hot/cold has alot to do with the fishing not being as good as years past. Was tellin Burley the other day I went up to my pond and had to really work to get 3 and I can go up there and pull in 10-15 nearly anytime, even the standard lures weren't working had to wacky-rig a trick stick to even get a bite.

I love the one I have 6'6" med. I use it for topwaters, got it paired with a Revo STX. It will cast a mile and weighs nothing. I will be getting more in stock here as I can. My warehouse is a little slow on getting them in but they get a shipment every week, so if you need one ordered shoot me a PM.

Talked to a friend that fishes both with his club out of KY and he does pretty good on Fouglas on a DD22 in the shad colors, lavender shad, chartreuse shad, nutter shad, and the new SX Shad and SX Shad Chrome.

I don't need to volunteer I am a member of the club and work it anyway. As far as I know we don't close it to only members of the club working it I just haven't seen anyone but members of the club doing it the past 2 years, other than wives that come and help.
