  1. Sandler is great. Click is a great movie and I even thought Spanglish was pretty good. Tea Leoni is beautiful in that movie. A different kind of attraction than the one with Biel in Chuck and Larry ;D
  2. RW- Sugar Creek is in Lawerence Co. Have a friend that lives there and fishes the creek.
  3. Micro-you really think the zombies were eerie? I would give it nothing but cheesy. Kind of ruined the game for me. As for Dead Space, I've watched my girlfriend's little bro play it and it looks pee your pants scary...
  4. Nice fish Paul. We have had some real nice weather lately. I've been thinking about fishing some. I may give you a call sometime tomorrow if you think you might like to do some fishing together.
  5. http://espn.go.com/action/news/story?id=3776093 Anybody else seen the previews for this on Espn?

Anybody else taken a look at the video of the weedless hudds yet? Pretty interesting concept. I know one lake that the weedless factor could do good on here in TN. Bizz, Branuss, Matt and anybody else, what's yall's thoughts on these? http://www.huddlestondeluxe.com/home.html

Awesome story Micro! Glad to hear that he toughed it out and made a great pet. I've always been fascinated by kings but have yet to actually see one in the wild in my area. Mainly rat snakes and yellow belly water snakes. I hope he continues to be a great pet
  8. Contrary to popular disbelief, fishing frogs can be done with a MH. Even in the slop. Now in your case, your rod should be a great fit for the applications you described.

That a king of some sort? Beautiful pic
  10. That's very similar to what I saw on here from one of his posts.
  11. This is really killing me guys...this really has me contemplating skipping a weeks worth of classes. We'll see what happens I guess
  12. When money is on the line, the fishermen tend to use the heaviest line possible. The mindset is not to have fun and play the fish but more of a get the fish in the boat as quick as possible. Breakoffs cost you money.
  13. Knocker was understood. Thanks for everything so far. I'm sure I'll have plenty more to come along once I have these baits on the water.
  14. Thanks for your input. I wasn't asking for the scent purpose. Seems like I remembered seeing something posted from Matt that he recommended that megastrike or the like be used to allow the lure to soft plastic to slide through the fishes mouth so that the hook can then set easier.

Seahawks looked pretty competitive Sunday :
  16. Awesome video man!!! Nice fish. You're right the weather definitely sucks here. Was kind of hoping for a little warm spell here lately so I could get out to do a little fishing but no chance of that. Maybe it'll lighten up soon and we can get out together somewhere
  17. Bizz- I thought I had read somewhere that Matt implied that using something like megastrike would increase hookups with his softbaits. Any reason you don't or do you even use those baits? Also, Which rigging method to you prefer when throwing Hudds? I've seen Fish Chris' and so far I think that I might try that one. Possibly without removing the single hook.
  18. Finally decided it's time to actually start chucking the big baits. Talked the girl into buying me some swimbaits for Christmas, mainly soft baits like Mattlures gill and bass and some 6" hudds. What I'm asking is what type of softbait glue you guys prefer and what type of gel to coat the lures with? Thanks for the help.
  19. The Dolphins are due a win after last season... Chad Pennington is due a win after his treatment from the Jets... The Jets are due a loss for how they treated Pennington... The Jets are due a win for their horrible performances the last 3 games... Brett Favre is due a win since this SHOULD be his last season... A very interesting game. Will be interesting to see what happens.
  20. My dad and I have been season ticket holders since the opening at Adelphia
  21. I was at the game today 8-) It was pretty good. The Titans started to look very similar to the team that played at the beginning of the season. Jason Jones stepped up HUGE on the D line. Seems like every time Big Ben got hit he coughed up the ball. However, I think the steelers could have very easily won the game today IF Kerry Collins had not had a great day throwing the ball. As I've said all season, he is the deciding factor. He has to be able to complete passes to keep the linebackers from stacking up on the line. He did that most of the day but especially in the third. The Titans looked better today than they have all season if you ask me and that was without two of their better defensive players
  22. I agree with Catt. Bone is by far my most productive topwater color.

Nice looking bait! That really looks good man. On the side-when you painted that king shad, how did you get good coverage on the jointed section?
  24. Caught it this morning. The only maturing he's done is that he's quit crying and moved to b*$%#ing. Stephen A. Smith sure added to the fire by asking him if he knew that if the Cowboys didn't win out that all the blame would be on him.
  25. The defense only mindset is pretty accurate but Romo is the difference maker. Now if you have a high powered scoring Defense it's a different story. That's why the Steelers or the Ravens either one could go all the way. Their defenses are amazing and they both have good offenses. I just don't think the Cowboys have it.
