Chris, when you had the pike following your lure to the boat and then veering off....did you try doing any figure 8's with your lure? A lot of times that will be the ticket to an EXPLOSIVE EVENT at the boat on really short line. Sounds like you had a blast, even for one fish. I am sure the pig largies will keep you company in the near future. Wayne

This is a feature on many rods 7'6" and up due to their length. Basically just allows the rod to be shorter for storage purposes

Yet they still cant' make one with a brake you can adjust w/o taking off the sideplate, hmmm.... I prefer to use a left handed reel for things like spinnerbaits and buzzbaits, due to the fact that I begin reeling the second they hit the water. Everything else, I have learned to use a right hand retrieve for the simple fact of them being easier to find. Wayne

We only had two bites all day, luckily both got hooked. We ended up in third w/ a 3-9 and a 3-14. Other than those two, we didnt do squat. Hopefully that water will come up some time. I would be a lot more confident when it does. Wayne

I was at a Best Buy in Harrisburg, PA. The sales person told me that plasma TV's were not designed to have video games played on them. Something about the game burning a permanent image into the screen. I dont know how accurate that is or how knowledgeable that person was, but something worth checking in to. They also said that this would not be covered under the warranty, due to user error of course. Wayne
