  1. A spinnerbait or walking stickbait is hard to beat. Use what your confident in and most of the time you will put fish in the boat.
  2. Very nice fish and well done!
  3. Nice job Randall. P.s. what type of swim bait is that?
  4. Answer the following questions and I maye beable to give some advice. What type of cover or structure? (i.e) weeds? rock? pads? wood? How deep is the lake? Is there a sharp dropoff? what is the water clarity? (i.e) 2-4 foot visibility? what techniques were you using in the spring to catch the fish? And..what was the 2 1/2 pounder caught on?
  5. 4" or 7" Berkley Red Shad Worm.
  6. Yes you are right. Last fall I was absolutely killing bass on an inline spinner, almost every cast. And the good thing is, if the bass wont hit it, the crappie and bluegill will

  15. I use spot removers with a ZOOM trick worm or finesse worm, depending on how finesse I want to get. I also will be using * worms once they are shipped in. -wm
  16. Ive had good success with the sureset hooks. I bought them separate and put some on the back of my jerkbaits. I haven't lost a fish with them yet. -WM
  17. Welcome David.!
  18. Should be fine to use. As long as it wasn't in extreme heat I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try.
  19. The line dosen't sink as fast as 100% fluorocarbon, but it does sink, and dosent have much stretch at all. Usually on hooksets with mono you can feel the stretch, this isn't the case with hybrid. Although theres is some stretch its nothing compared to mono, I can never really feel it at all. If your that serious about stretch I would suggest switching to a smaller dia braid. But then visibility becomes a problem. As far as the sink rate, any line isn't going to sink super fast, just choose a different weight. -WM
  20. I'm not such a big Ika user but if I were going to stock up I would recommend buying from westcoastcustomtackle.com also. They don't fall apart as easy as the original Ikas and are much softer and come in a variety of better colors.
  21. Thanks Raul and ReelMech I really appreciate it. If the problem continues ReelMech I will be shouting you a pm about servie. -WM
  22. Did you try superglueing them back on or anything? If the wings just fall off its not that big of a deal if they are still in one piece..?
