  1. The X-RAP XR-12 os the best of both worlds. Not to small and not too big at about 4 1/2 to 5 inches in length this lure will catch bass in all sizes, especially those lunkers. If your looking for anyhting bigger I would go with a swimbait. -WM
  2. This happens to me a lot also. I think they try schooling up with the big bait possibly thinking it might be another perch, although when it does happen the hooks are always in the mouth lol...intresting little buggers
  3. Wow thats one heck of a lady...I mean ladies ! lol :
  4. AWEOSOME DAY MAN! thanks for sharing. -WM
  5. Thanks for the report! Great day! Keep it up!
  6. You cant throw certain types of lures and hope not to catch pickerel. If they are in the lake you are fishing the only thing you can do is just accept the fact pickerel are present and catch both species, pickerel and bass. Plus if the bass bite is slow, who wouldnt mind catching a few picks? They are really abundant in most lakes around here, however ive learned to deal with them. But heres a tip, ive found that pickerel love shallow water about 1-4 feet and especially grassy areas. Even though thats where the bass will sometimes be also, dont be afraid to fish the first drop off into deeper water. -WM

Avid. I have used both the swim senko and the regular senko and have not seen any diffirent results. Honestly, I think its just a way GYCB is marketing their products to get more income. Its a big marketing thing, more baits on the market = more variety = more money? GYCB has a contract with the Bait Monkey..trust me lol
  8. I would defintely move up to the 100. This will catch bass from less than a pound to 10 pounds or bigger. Its not too small not too big. Just right. Good luck and tight lines. -WM
  9. I bought a couple of theese at a fishing expo in Tamonium, Maryland....I also got to meet with the c0-owner of the company there. It isnt like your typical buzzbait, there isnt as much sound its a lot smoother..honestly i dont like them that much, although i only made like 4 casts with it total.lol...i was just testing it out....I like Cavitron buzzbaits way too much so until they stop producing i wont be tying it on. -WM
  10. Ive caught bass on almost every type of different lure I own this spring. Since the conditions have been changing so much and rapidly, one day I will be throwing topwaters, the next day will be slow etc...the weather has been really weird around here lately.
  11. The date on the pictures is wrong BTW, all those are from my dads camera. He must not have the date set right lol
  12. Me and pops got out on the Susqehana today on a smallie trip we had booked. Let me tell you , we crushed them! Absolutely killed them! We caught over 50 fish in 6 hours. Our guide had us fishing on the biggest stack of smallies on the northeast probably. My dad caught a lot of nice fish, nd I caught a couple that went 3.4 and 4 flat. It was a good day for numbers but the weight wasnt that bad either, I caught my PB smallie on a LuckyCraft Craw Crank, dives to 4-6 feet i believe. All the rest came on exposed hook tube jig heads. We had a great time. The guide service we used was Fish Fever, and let me tell you, i was worth every penny, especially for me and pops because we don't necessarily have smallmouth waters around here. Man what a day! ;D Dads Bass Roys (the guides bass) Some of Mine And senko77 this one is for you buddy ..LOL All i got.. Peace -WM

  15. Nothing beats seeing that smile on a kids face! It feels like just yesterday when I was a youngster with the same smile.
  16. Carolina rigging shouldntbe too confusing, as long as you know how to rig it up etc. As for choosing your plastics, go with what you have confidence in, match the hatch of the forage, or get it close enough as far as colors and size. This is a good technique for finding structure also. Good Luck!
  17. Wow, well it looks like im gonna have to order raingear online. I went to Dick's today and all they had was absolute crap. And its too bad Cabellas and BassPro are both about 3-4 hours away, the only thing im worried about is ordering the wrong size etc. i should be alright though..
