Unless I'm fishing in the slop, or throwing an A-rig, I generally use a 12lb flouro leader on my braid.

To begin with, I always throw them into the water. T-rigged works best for me, but you will get many other opinions. I love opinions. They are never wrong.

If you want to spend the time searching the forums, which obviously you don't, you will find that Pflueger spinning reels are rated very highly among the members. My spinning reels are Presidents and I have a Trion that I still use occasionally. No complaints. Great reels!

I've had so much success with the Rage-rigged Craw of late that I haven't fished the Monkey in quite a while. I think I'm going to switch back to it and Rage-rig it this time.

Todd's right, on that particular Model. I have one of similar vintage. If you use an SD card with a capacity exceeding 2gb, the unit will execute a "crap and go blind" command. Reload the update software on a card with less than 2gb capacity and you should be fine. Been there, done that.
