  1. This is very cool. Reminds me of my childhood. No bird or can was safe! ;D http://www.wimp.com/toogood/
  2. I would go for regular. I juset cant seem to get over the look of the micro guides. you get a knot in the line and it is not passing through those guides.... The regular guides in a spiral wrap is the best way to go imho. no rod torque and farther casts are the benefits...
  3. Easy. Look at the belt and boots in my avatar. ;D
  4. This story is almost too amazing to believe. http://www.news.com.au/travel/news/crocodile-on-a-plane-kills-19/story-e6frfq80-1225942045322

  6. That is too funny...he just dusts himself off at the end.
  7. Come on guys, some of us dig the high end gear. Me for instance. ;D I get just as much of a kick out of buying high end gear as I do using it. My stuff is scratched and dinged, adds charachter. Zero, no need to fib on what you have or dont have. We'll respect you more for just being honest. In the end, remember, fish dont care what you spent on your tackle.
  8. I did not use them. Went with bolts and nuts. I could hang the boat from the trolling motor mount. ;D
  9. Blame the economy. I know of several people that have lost everything with this downturn. The feeling of starting all over again is overwhelming for many. God gives, and God takes. You can always make more. Some people just dont see it.
  10. Well after a couple hours I'm done. Set up is as good as new. Thank God I do have long arms. Full of fiberglass , but thats ok. ;D

  13. Daiwa Steez swimbait rod. Its absolutely ideal for frogs and I know there is no lighter stick on the market with the same power. I have mine paired with a JDM Zillion HLC and Samurai 65 lb braid.
  14. Thanks guys. Im sure your right, will pull the front panel and check it out.
  15. I need to replace the mount on my boat. I tried removing the screws (6 of um) that hold down the mount to the boat. ONE came out clean the others simply spin around. What gives? What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  16. They've been available for some time now, atleast since 2008. Dont think this rod is coming to the US, which would make it alot cheaper.
  17. Here is the Machinegun Cast being referred to in this viddeo. http://www.plat.co.jp/shop/catalog/product_info/language/en/products_id/619/cPath/22_80_207_208/river-lake-fishing-freshwater/steez-machineguncast-type-ii-stz-661mhrb-xtq.html

  21. The $2.8 million for the Bug is just the entry fee. Service, tires, and repairs will run you a ridiculous amount above that. I think the tires alone run in the $50k range. The Aero SSC is a great car....but have you seen the replacement thats coming? Its nuts.... http://www.autoblog.com/2010/10/10/ssc-ultimate-aero-ii-more-images-and-info/
