Thought about this from another thread here and did not want to hijack. What's the worst thing you've eaten? From what I can remember, I had some bear meat a few years back at a barbecue. It tasted awful. Really gamey. Don't think I'll be doing that ever again.

The digital age. I think it's pretty amazing that so many people have met their significant other online. That really blows my mind for some reason.

Not ignorant at all. I believe that there are companies/banks that will finance an exotic purchase.

Why can't everyone do things this way. I applaud you on taking the high road and leaving the company correctly. I remember a few years back having an employee wanting to leave and start his own shop. I'm always happy to hear that happen. Progress is good. Instead of letting me know he was leaving, he took all his things in the middle of the night and then called me after. Didn't take his calls. Even his girlfriend apologized for his actions.
