viscious is indeed economical but it is a nighmare on spinning reels as it is very VERY stiff- works well on casting setups though.

These are the same issues I had with the yo-zuri, it is very stiff even the "ultra soft" the regular hybrid is nothing short of cable- I gave it a valient effort and fished 6# up to 12# both hybrid and ultra soft over the summer- I gave the rest of it away. There are much better lines out there IMO. I am going to give the new trilene fluoro a shot-

I think yo-zuri is junk well except for the rattl'n vibe.

I have been buying by price point "best value" and how well it casts- other than that lets hear it what you have to say?

You will not notice much of a difference between those two baits- they are both 4" and have roughly the same profile-

seagar invisx is the best casting flouro I have found- a bit stretchy at times but the castability is excelent-

if you are a non-boater that tourny fishes be courtesy of the boater- I Hate it when I get paired with a guy that brings a bag that is big bulky and could easily be the distribution center for bass pro shops!!! LOL but seriously I have had a guy do this a long along with their 10 fishing rods!!! That being said rule of thumb is no more than 5 rods and enough tackle to fill a back pack- thats how I roll when I am fishing with someone else-

it is good you want to learn this technique you will deffinately use it- I always have a drop shot on hand

saying how fast your boat goes is like a big you know what contest- who knows til everyone whips them out at the same time and place- J/K elevation has a huge effect on boat speeds- set up is also very important- I have seen a 225HO evenrude stratos 200 go 73 at 2500' elevation- I know because he passed me- my zx250 skeeter with a 300HP VMax is good for 70 fully loaded with gear two full live wells two limits of fish and two passangers- granted the stratos had one person and was not loaded as it was his first maiden voyage in the boat- very impressive tho-

that E-tec 225 is one animal of a motor- I would get the smaller ranger with the 225 and not the larger one with the 250 IMO.
