I just got mine (minus the trout stamp) and I had to click no on 6-8 pages asking for different forms of money before it would let me checkout . I think you could rack up a couple grand if you like to hunt and have durable hard cards 😂 . I used to get a trout stamp every year, that puts your annual resident fees close to $60. Hunting is too rich for my blood

They can be frustrating but aquatic veg is good for water quality and fish survival

I went back to the spot I caught lots of fish yesterday and only got two today. It was right after a storm and the creek was muddy. Shad were everywhere and my line kept hitting them making them jump. Maybe they had too much real food and didn’t want a hook. It was extreme post front. On a positive note we whipped auburn! @AlabamaSpothunter………. Posting a couple pics of the garbage flow, at least they have a trash catcher at all the creeks

The wind finally just died, crazy storm for about an hour but we got downpours so hopefully nothing is burning. My buddy’s moms transformer blew up praying for anyone that lost their homes or worse

I always throw a worm unless I can’t feel it, then I’ll try something faster. If the waves are too much blowing against the current I troll a crankbait with the gas motor first option for me is to hide from it. I don’t think that’s the best option all the time because people catch them on wind blown banks pretty well, I just don’t happen to be one of those people 😂

You don’t need the livescope, just keep the lure off the bottom and they will find it. Pendulum the bait down to a desired depth then kind of feather it up above that a little. I have always dragged my baits on bottom , which does still work very well, but after seeing how people get fish to chase their baits on YouTube footage of the front looker, I’ve been fishing a lot closer to the surface in deep water and it’s effective

I forgot to mention in my report, that spot has got to be some of the nastiest water in East TN, it’s at an urban creek mouth that is a river of garbage and needles. 💉 one of my coworkers cut his foot on a rock and immediately got an infection last summer guess the fish are feeding off the microbes 😂
