  1. I bet chickamauga has been removed from that list, probably for a couple years now
  2. Well, sounds like you’ve got some guys working on it so hit the lake! Haha
  3. It’s that time!!!
  4. Alright!!! Congrats on the first of many
  5. Don’t let the weatherman do you like that
  6. Should be a good time for fishing in Knoxville ! We had some snow in April last year that santee event will take over 100 lbs again for all the deep water smallmouth haters, you can end your season in early June!
  7. This is very true. I’ve taken many people on guided trips for trout in the mountains and sometimes all the help and instruction in the world will not get a fish on their line. Some folks just ain’t got it
  8. Stinger only cost you $1
  9. You can sell anything to almost anyone in America. Reminds me of the phrase “build a better mouse trap” yet no one ever has. Don’t fix what’s not broke, wooden snap trap has been the champion for over a century
  10. Those are great lures but the bluegill seem to always get all 3 hook points from a treble inside their mouth. They can work well cranking below surface but I’ve always done best twitching them on top like you described. I always prefer to grab the fly rod for bluegill.
  11. Oh they won’t hit the top, they are way too “lethargic” from the heat………. just kidding, heat makes them faster
  12. Always about cash money! Almonds are a super food but dang I wouldn’t mind something a little more tasty haha. Heck I think I’d rather just have all the water to drink
  13. I got this one around New Years for $20 at academy, it’s my current favorite. I’ve gotten several 20” smallies and a big ole catfish and several big drum with it
  14. This was always the dilemma with golf carts 20 years ago. Replacing 6 batteries was about the cost of a gas golf cart I say we should go back to horses, I just have to figure out how to haul 3 skunks, two coons and half a dozen rats on horseback
  15. Looks pretty cool! People always worry about them popping but that’s the least of your worries. Inflatable boats run class 5 rapids everyday, always hitting rocks with much more frequency and force than fiberglass or metal boats
  16. Well that begs the question, what is the benchmark PB you are trying to break?
  17. Bass definitely miss their target, I’ve seen it happen. I fish with live threadfin shad quite often. One time a bass hit my shad a dozen times and it was still alive
  18. So is length
