I did an internship for the park service one summer and our filter quit working way out in the middle of nowhere. I had to take my chances and lap up creek water like a dog

I’ve been waiting for computer chips to be removed from vehicles since I started driving, my day may have finally come!! I wouldn’t mind going back to being able to fix things with a wrench supply chain issues have not effected me in any way, guess I’m the lucky one

I had to work for one fish but it was better than none. Tried cut bait off the dock all weekend and I think turtles kept grabbing it, never could hook up I had two bites under the same dock Saturday but the wind kept ripping me away from it. Today (sunday) was nice and calm

Well, it’s freezing most every night from nov-April. Also happens to be my favorite time to fish.

We don’t have colder months so I use it year round. That plastic stuff is way worse than cotton when wet, stinks too

It helps with maintenance if you make everything simple in shape! (There are woodpecker hole patches all over the sides and back I conveniently left out of the photo) we’ve got the oldest smallest house on the block but everything is somewhat manageable for repair . My dad drew up the blueprints with low maintenance in mind

I wear cotton, I can’t stand those plastic shirts that claim to wick sweat away and make you cool. Your body sweats for a reason . Mine sweats way more than others so modern fabrics feel like hefty bags once sweaty. Cotton breathes I don’t walk out of the front door without hat and shades , even in the rain. I like sunscreen too
