  1. I prefer 832 even though it fades slightly quicker. I don't care. If fading is an issue, I believe Gamma may last longer
  2. Pull up a chair and put your feet up.....welcome
  3. A phone call often yields good results. I have yet to pay msrp for one yet....and yes, all were full price on line
  4. Rumor has it the Hook Up might have some deals coming
  5. Not all braid diameters are the same, Smackdown being relatively smaller. That said I too went Hi-Vis and use uni-uni, since the lines are so thin
  6. .....yup, 10lb braid and your good to go
  7. I usually have a dozen in single 1 inch plastic bags. It's just easier tying a few at a time
  8. A custom cover makes life easier. There are few off the shelf covers that don't require an under structure or modifications to work well
  9. I know a few guys that use these....Keeps honest folk, honest Bemagnificar Solar Dummy Car Alarm LED Light, Simulated Imitation Security System Anti-Theft Flashing Blinking Lamp(Red)
  10. Bingo, that was the one I was referring to
  11. Many are rethinking the Snell, many feel that it works against wider gap hooks. It can cause the bend to hit the roof of the mouth and punch the point in. There was just a great youtube video on the subject
  12. There is no wrong answer here. Having all 3, they all have a place. If the $$$$ the chronarch wins, especially if you go JDM, ( and don't hesitate to do so). If you don't like it, sell it and make an informed decision. I would also loom at the classifieds here......there may be a few willing to sell one before the Black Friday sales hit
  13. Seen more than a few big SB'S lost on braid. I have gone to Armilo for bigger baits
  14. I have a couple of both and can tell you the Bantam gets the call when going in the weeds. The Chronarcs and Mets everywhere else. I have wrist issues and paling the Chronarcs and Mets is just more comfortable. I have one Geary Met, but performed well. Have since swapped out all gears and they are heavenly.
  15. Last time I was there with live bait, it was 50lb braid, no leader.
  16. ^^^this, all day long. Have the same problem and is a great solution
  17. This year I sent many out to TT for deep cleaning and some mods. I tried a couple that they did for a buddies and couldn't believe the difference. Going forward, I suspect I will put them in a rotation, doing half myself. That said, it all depends on whether I can tell the difference
  18. You can't tell the cost of something u til the accounting period is over. That said you also have to take into consideration replacing treble hooks if applicable. A good example for me would be my pop Max's .Don't think I have ever lost one and they do hold up better than their peers. I also think that there is a Big quality difference and performance in spinners.
  19. Or mail what you want a head?

  21. Life is to short. I am booking a trip to Mexico for next Fall with my son, and hopefully it will be an annual thing going forward. #noregrets

  24. I will be buying 2 boxes for terminal tackle and one for jerk baits. I like the idea of not having to buy extra drying pads
