I haven't ordered from TW in a couple of years. What's the deal with their S+H costs now? It used to be that sale items didn't count towards the $50 minimum you needed for free shipping. Do sale items now qualify for free shipping, if it's a $50 or more order?

My gut says no. Bama gonna win it all. But, you never know. All it takes is one bad game, or actually one bad series in a game, and anybody can lose. With the top 4, anything is possible. I'd say any of the top 4 can win. But if I was a betting man, my $ would be on Bama.

Another that I don't think has been mentioned is a 1/4 oz lipless crank. Man, I've had days where I burned a 1/4 oz RES around grass in 2-4 FOW & absolutely slayed em.

Baby 1- is prob my favorite. I've just caught way to many fish on it - and big ones too. Only bad thing is you gotta change those stock hooks - they are turrible!!! For those that love the Baby one minus, Bass Pro has a 1 FOW or less crankbait called The Egg. I've bought a few of them & they work great too. Plus they come stock with Grammy hooks. Academy also has a wakebait that's pretty decent.

I use a Curado 7:1 gear ratio. Some days they want it burned with a stop & go, so the higher gear ratio helps. When they want it slower or popped off the bottom, you can still slow down with this reel. Its a 200 size reel. I use it for all my lipless cranks, 1/4 & 1/2. Only time I change is when I use my ultralight to throw 1/8 oz.

From spring thru fall, if it's cloudy & windy, I'm starting out throwing 3 things. SK Redeye Shad, squarebill crank, and some type of topwater - either a popper or a buzzfrog. If its winter...... well I don't fish in winter too much. ?

Buzz frogs for me, Ribbit or Horny Toad. When they're busting on that bite, nothing more fun.
