  3. Mine would be any chance I get to go out with my family. We don't get to do it very often so to see all of my kids out there enjoying themselves is pretty good to me.

  6. I carry 3-4 rods with me, 2 baitcasters and 2 spinning reels. I have one baitcaster rigged with a spinnerbait at all times and the other for texas rigged or jigs. One spinning reel is used for drop-shot the other I use for weightless or small split shot presentations. I never fish far from my car so all of my tackle is in the back seat so I don't have to go far to get anything.
  7. I have a old Shimano B-Mag 1000 that my Dad baught for me 15+ years ago. I learned to use a baitcaster with this reel and have kept it in pretty good shape. The only thing that has happened is that the Nob came off for the drag and it and the spring were lost. Does anyone know were I might be able to get a replacement for it? I tried the Shimano web site but they don't have parts for this one. Thanks

  9. congrats on breaking the curse. I had a box full of them and hardly ever threw one(never caught anything) I didn't catch my first one on a spinnerbait till last year. I have one tied on all the time now.

  16. Great work and those are some great looking fish. This is just another place that is going to go on my list of must fish.
  17. I have alot of powerbait in my boxes. The Trilene brand of lines is all I use. I have tried some of hte hard baits but not enought to have an opinion on them yet.
  18. I will be at the Kentucky Lake one. Hopefully as a co=angler : I liked the Majors as well but I can see there point on the events. It would be hard to pay that out three times a year.
  19. i am pretty sure my reaction would of gone like this I usually don't mind a snake but those guys are meaner than just about anything.

  22. Read some of the articles about fishing lakes were Spots are the big story it will give you a lot of clues on what to do. There aren't many articles on them but if you look hard you can find alot of hints on what to do.
  23. congrats on the new boat. I had a 95 Tracker and loved it. Heres to catching a ton of bass out of it
