  1. Missile could've been a little more subtle with their Cover Scat ripoff. ? I think there's a new Mojo Bass on the horizon, but I've been seeing the BassX on sale everywhere as well. They just came out with that new model a few years ago. I wonder if they're gonna change it up. Maybe that hideous color they decided to use hurt sales? Mojo Bass has been around for a much longer time...they're overdue for a refresh.
  2. NetBait Crush Worm and Strike King KVD Dream Shot are both great dropshot baits.
  3. I have a ZOLO Deputy that I mainly use for spinnerbaits. I suppose it'd make a good t-rig rod, but I think there's better options. Like BrianMDTX said, the Kistler Helium is a great rod. The 7'2 MH Shimano Expride is also a great option in your price range.
  4. This is a good one. The Billy Goat particularly works well for me (that's the largest one). Rigged weightless on a Mustad KVD Grip-Pin. Holds them on nicely. Also, they float so you can do stop/go retrieves if you desire.
  5. BaitWrx has $10 off Bacca Burrito's. You'll see the new price when you add one to your cart.
  6. The 105 is probably my favorite topwater bait.
  7. And win Best of Show.
  8. I was told Croix had new Bass Mojo rods on the horizon. Not sure if they'll debut at iCast tho.
  9. A lot of people who fish straight braid does this when the braid gets faded.
  10. Lund. Who here has a Lund. ?
  11. I use these o-rings most of the time, which keeps the hook facing upwards.
  12. Remember, if you want your lure to stand out in stained water, use black/dark-colored baits. And if you want your braid to blend in so the fish don't notice it, take a black Sharpie to it and color the last few feet of it.
  13. Same here. #2 for 4" Senko and #1 for 5". I've tried many different hooks and have settled on these. Very happy with them.
  14. Super cheap too, especially on sale.
  15. Nichols spinnerbaits.
  16. I think I see the problem. You're throwing Ploopers instead of Ploppers. ? For whatever reason I don't throw the Whopper Plopper as much as I used to. But the other day we had overcast skies all day long, and I got on a great Plopper bite (110 size). Couldn't get them to eat a buzzbait or Shower Blows. But they definitely liked the WP that day.
  17. They can also be lightly used rods that we were returned by customers.
  18. Have you posted your swimbait peg board wall on here yet? That thing is insane...and you said that's not all of it?!
  19. There's a reason nobody has mentioned the Berkley Pit Boss yet. Because they wanna keep all the fish for themselves!!
  20. You may be thinking of a different 13 Fishing model, but these Envy Black 3's just came out last summer. Best of Show winner last year was the St. Croix Legend Tournament if I'm not mistaken. Either way it feels nice in hand. The cork is high quality and the reel seat has a soft touch to it. I've yet to get it out on the water, but planning on it within the next few days.
